Game play-wise, the game slaps. Story wise it lacks to hell and back. It feels like you are not actually there for the story beats and the ending makes you feel like an NPC
Bro I have never heard a more accurate description lol, the ending does make you feel like an NPC. But yeah turning the dialogue down genuinely makes the game more fun lmfao

I’ve just started playing borderlands 3 again recently on my ps5 next gen and I don’t remember the game being that smooth😮😮 I definitely love the gameplay. Still hate the dialogue mostly😂😂

Glad that people still play BL3, it was my first from the series and I fk with it hard, unfortunately co-op on PC is some what laggy, when you join a host, not sure what the cause it but it ruins the coop experience for the other players.
Damn idk why either, but yeah man, took me a while to realize but borderlands 3 is great...as long as you turn the dialogue down
DLCs for this game were some of the best BL content.
Moze in this game is so overtuned I love it. I mean the other Vault Hunters are too, but Moze makes endgame content easy and she can solo the two endgame raids with no thought. Somebody at Gearbox had the hots for her if they buffed her to just be godly. Nothing can kill me while I’m in Iron Bear (accept barrels for some reason but those are easy to avoid)
Had a full party once with just Mozes and we were just fighting over kills.
Yes, I love Moze too, but with Iron Cub she is much more fun to play.
It fits because every woman in the game is confident, strong, brave, and intelligent, and the men are total loser idiots like the dude in the stained underwear obsessed with himself. Lol

i remember finally getting into it after writing it off since release after playing once. i did almost every side mission and i was lv52 for the final boss fight. i specifically got off that night like ima start the next sesh with the fight and then endgame content. i have never in my 20 year long life on this earth been more dissapointed with a videogame

17k now… much deserved, I remember playing borderlands 3 and really enjoyed it but I hated the Halloween event and all the nerfs and stopped playing it, now I’m doing a play through with my friend and I am actually enjoying it a lot more, it looks like they reverted a lot of the nerfs too so that’s great lol

Zane was my favorite vh but he was so weak, hopped on the game again last week. I love the purple and orange tree, the mantis cannon is great for a lot of anointed effects. I actually feel powerful now as Zane

I‘m always surprised that so many people dislike Eden-6. It‘s by far my most favorite planet theme wise and I loved Balex and Wainwright. Only part I didn‘t like was the one with Clay. That part felt long, sadly.
Which is a shame because Clay is one of the best characters in the game.
I just hate traveling and I have a problem with maps so it isn't that enjoyable

Eden-6 Was the most ANNOYING planet during the storyline took the LONGEST by far!

The main story is fine I guess. But all of the dlc stories are great, moxxxies heist to fustercluck. I wish we would have gotten just one more dlc and that being a Tina tiny dlc 2.0 for borderlands 3. Other then that there is a ton of stuff to do and farm with a wide variety of skill trees to be able to build characters in a multitude of different ways. All of the planets are unique and fun in there own way
If they played Dream on instead Girl's on fire in the end credits, I would actually watch it.

Dude, this game should've been so good. The gun play, movement mechanics, lost loot machine, huge bank, and characters were great (except Tyrene and Troy, who are super cringe). The writing for the villains and Ava were awful, and Mya dying sucked, but the overall experience is so good.
I hard agree, I think its pretty damn good, but it should have been even better. I will say turning down the dialogue helps a lot though lol
@@GameitMicah Yeah without dialogue you can skip past the cringe while also getting rid of the super annoying screaming on fire sounds. Two birds one stone fuck the dialogue slider.

i went in blind just this month and i love the guns and gameplay but man is it annoying having to wait 5 minutes per waypoint for the useless dialogue to finish for the next objective to come up
the power creep is insane and items are thrown at you way too much i never understood that its like dropping the whole of borderlands 1s items per boss kill and you have to sort through the 90% trash to find the few absurdly op items that should be above legendary rarity

The drawn out dialogues make me feel like I'm waiting in line at the DMV. Gameplay is among some of the best for first person looter shooters, though. Just wish there was an easy way to bypass the whole story.

everyone gonna just smack all over borderlands 3 without including dlc content and actual end game grind. krieg dlc was one the best things ive ever fucking played in my life. the back story of jack and moxxi was nice. the bounty hunter dlc brought back so many guns from the other games that it felt hella nostalgic. bl3 has aged well with me and as a true borderlands fan i think the community backlashes to hard. no game will ever top borderlands 2 and thats why even the pre sequel is slept on. bl3 is ass to most cause its not better than 2 and we will never have another borderlands like it. shit look how wonderlands flopped; glad my last borderlands end game grind was 3.

Heres my prob with Bl3 its good but the Story is really bad . However gameplay is Awesome but just wish its not too easy especially the loot like the value of getting legendaries feels so easy and does not hold any sort of hard work achevement . Fl4k. your pet is essentially a second player hell if you build fl4k a certain way your pet can play the game for you
Moze is the easiest to use. Fl4k I think teaches you the most, Amara and Zane are when you figured it out.

I’m going to be brutally honest, all these kids who talk about how Borderlands 2 had “a great story” really need to stop coping so hard and accept the fact that that campaign was ass (and had to be played through a mandatory 3 TIMES to reach end game which itself was scaled like crap!!). It was hard carried by Dameon Clarke’s performance as Jack, the rest was pretty lackluster at best.
Replace jack with literally anybody else in bl2 and the story is at best the average here’s the bad guy go kill him. “Best story ever” my ass. Stories that are miles ahead of bl2; Sekiro, bloodborne, dark souls, elden ring ring, bio shock, hifi rush, ac4 black flag, Spider-Man shattered dimensions, Batman Arkham City.

Ok so, I think it's gameplay is an evolution of bl2, I think the guns are great, the classes are great, but the story is absolutely awful. If you don't care about story, it's an easy buy and you'll really enjoy it. If you care about story a lot...you're in for a rough time lol. I think the game is really good, I love it, but I just turn the dialogue down.

Borderlands 3 mostly feels like a true evolution to the series GAMEPLAY WISE. I’m specifying only the gameplay because the story is so all over the place that even the BL1s story is better and 70% of that story was just claptrap telling you there are new quests at (insert game area here).

Oh definitely, anything that's REALLY bad is the story, with the story it's a B tier game, if you turn down the dialogue, it's A tier. The game itself is amazing.
