I don't know I have owned 10 of these brand new off the showroom floor and a majority of them I put over 80 hours on I have never had an issue with the clutch yet on 10 different brands New bikes
Probably doesn't help that some people just don't know how to use a clutch and change gears in township correctly I have road with some people after a month they're clutch went out and when I hear them ride I'm like d*** they're doing something wrong lol
Seen a lot of them go bad .clutch springs back out with bolts they need lock tight or upgrade basket unfortunately for me mine exploded and broke a casing
I plan on leaving the clutch alone I've never had a problem with the clutch and I've purchased 10 of the YFZ450R in the last 3 years off the show room floor some of them may put over 90 hours never had a problem with the clutch on all 10 bikes.

My yfz 450r 23 has about 200 hours and never had an issue with clutch basket

Don’t do the optimization this time trust me do the vortex idk how you get lucky with the optimization it’s junk compared to the vortex
