Why would Ricochet leave WWE? He seems like he is enjoying his time at WWE, he is always involved in some storyline and is one of WWE's best workers.

From what I've seen, he's been turned into a jobber. His last appearance on Raw, he got Speared by Bron Breaker. Looked great for Bron, but Ricochet got nothin but being a random target for it. Maybe a payday bump for it being backstage, but is it really worth it? And last I checked, no Cruiserweight Title for the smaller high flyers right now. Making him stuck taking on bigger guys, and usually jobbing to them, or at least not getting put over.

Problem with Ricochet is that while he’s pretty good in the ring, he’s meh on the mic, which is kinda a key to getting over with the crowd. That’s what really holds him down from getting push.
Exactly. Ricochet is one of the best in the ring, but wrestling isn't gymnastics, it's fundamentally about story-telling.
I always thought they should pair him with MVP or something. He could go further with a good manager perhaps.

He doesn't "deserve" better. He needs to follow the lead of Samantha and MAKE things better. No one told her what to do. SHE made the decision to create her own persona to stand out from other announcers regardless if management liked it or not. That's what you have to do.
He needs to change. Find his voice. Do something drastic. He's stuck in the PG-era mode but didn't get the memo that you don't have to do that anymore.
Turn up the volume. WWE owes no one anything. YOU have to make it happen, and not WWE is in a state where that can happen. The fact that he has someone as amazing as Samantha Irvin should be all the motivation he needs.
How does he deserve better? He has a show built around him.
Zelina does know Cory is a Heel Announcer & he's not suppose to make The Babyfaces look good right?

Both Zelina and Sasha have a history of whining about minor inconveniences, so unless this is a work this is just another one of those instances of her whining about something stupid. I believe it is indeed a work because if she really did have a problem with his comments she would’ve spoke with him in person and not complain on Twitter oh sorry I mean X.

Might be a smart idea to alternate which champion defends on each PLE. Allows storylines to cook more as they are still full time on the road, further highlights each champion, and it reduces the champions’ injury risk.

Honestly i agree with the ricochet part. i mean ofc its up to him in the end but when it comes to the WWE they did him dirty, like seriously when was the last time he had a legit feud? or anything interesting going for him. the guy has more than enough athletic talent. what else does he need? promo work? it improves once he is given the chance to deliver legit promos, and reigns is the best example that promo work can eventually improve over time.
