Dandong is a city on China’s border with North Korea. It has been the main route for China and North Korea to conduct trade and a barometer of Sino-North Korean relations. However, trade has been suspended due to the implementation of UN sanctions against Pyongyang’s nuclear and missile programmes. Some of the businesses have gone underground.
Makes me think of bridges in gta prior to having unlocked the next continent through playing the necessary missions.
But ending up in North Korea is a "game over" instead of an achievement lol.

So this is why coronavirus had never infect north Korea, no road had link in the bridge.
no there WAS 1 guy from china who went to North Korea by plane which made North Korea 1 person infected, but north Korea closed air and land and rail borders after that, and the guy who was infected in North Korea disappeared and never came back

Dandong GDP is lower than most Chinese City. It like the town level in western country.

NO, they don't pay citizens to do this, but yes, North Koreans who smuggled into China would be shipped back if the police notice them, Once, China turned a blind eye to North Korean defectors, but then happened that North Korean defectors robbed and killed at the Chinese border city.
Like US government sending back Mexican refugees.
