- Make some summer wreaths with me! I'm making room for new fall supplies and trying to use up a lot of spring and summer supplies by making some one of a kind summer wreaths. This is a great way to add inventory to your shop by using what you already have, and make room for new supplies. I'm making a summer peach wreath, summer pear wreath, and pink peony grapevine wreath.

They are all beautiful, as usual, but I think I like the peach wreath best. You don't see many wreaths with peaches...and I love the berries and the touch of white...so beautiful. Thank you for sharing your cheerful self with us. Love to watch you work. :)

I love I love Berry wreaths the peaches wreath was new for me and I loved it, I have to say I'm not fond of lemon wreaths because of all the lemon tutorials but I love to eat lemons otherwise I just love watching you make wreaths they're awesome thank you so much for your time and knowledge!

Aww thanks so much! Yes, I completely agree about the blueberries 🫐! I start putting out some fall designs in July and try to have most of them out by Labor Day 😊

Hi! So glad you love them! It really depends on the branches and the size of your wreath. So I would just buy what you think you’ll need, but just cut into one at a time as you use them. That way if you bought too much, you can return whatever you didn’t use.

Just discovered your channel and love your designs. I’m thinking of dipping my toe in the wreath making waters here in the UK. So I’m just wondering how do you keep track of what you use in each wreath as you seem to add many different types of leaves, flowers, berries etc?
Nice! So glad you found my channel! That last wreath I made was just using up leftovers of a lot of things I was wanting to use up, do I didn’t really need to keep track because I won’t be making that exact wreath again. Other than that, listing pics in my Etsy shop 😆. Sometimes if I haven’t made a certain wreath in awhile, I have to go look at the pic of it from my Etsy listing to make sure I make it the same.

So glad you liked them all! The lemon garland was from Hobby Lobby. Everything else was from lots of different places actually. I have a free cheat sheet linked in the description of all my videos that shares my favorite places to get wreath making supplies both retail and wholesale. I think that may be helpful for you!

I talk out loud to you while you’re making them, agreeing or disagreeing with you - mostly agreeing. I love your color sense and recognize that I have different basic choices, yet love yours. I kept on thinking that the greenery on the last wreath needed to have a darker green in it. When you added flowers and berries, I SAW the greenery differently!
I better sense how you choose, when you gather the leaves and the flowers together at the beginning of making the wreath. If they go together in a pile, they will likely arrange well on the wreath.
So far, in only two or three videos, I’ve seen your wreaths sometime have a pop of color, like a bright pink or yellow, but mostly go tone-on-tone more subtly with softer colors, including the greenery.
It’s the positioning of WHITE berries with cream flowers that give the POP! It doesn’t have to be red, purple or blue. A brighter yellow in with shades of soft yellow, etc. Woman, you have a great eye!
Thanks so much! I do the same process of gathering things together in the store too when I pick things out for new designs. And I definitely lean toward more monochromatic wreaths with subtle color differences but lots of different texture. Also, monochromatic against any kind of greenery gives it a nice contrast. I love them all but have a question. Why did you wire the berry one?
Sometimes I use floral wire in addition to glue so the greenery lays where I like.

Hi Gemma. I just bend it into a U shape, put it over the stem, poke it through the grapevine, and twist it tight.
Hi Jenny. I have a question about why you use floral wire to hold some of the pieces you insert into the grapevine wreath but not for all (or so it appears in the video)? What is your criteria in choosing to use the wire?? Thank you for your lovely wreath videos. You are my favorite wreath artist.
I only use floral wire on longer pieces to place them better. 😊

I recently moved to the South and hung a wreath that I decorated on the front door. I noticed that the greenery was sweating (assuming due to humidity) and the color was bleeding off onto the ground. Is there something I can use/spray to seal the fabric greenery and florals so they won't bleed? I really don't want to have to take it down!
Oh wow, I’m not sure. I know there’s a UV spray, it I’m not sure that would stop the bleeding. Maybe it’s the florals used?
