Rockman Axess: Meet Aquaman.exe

I don't own this, Capcom, Shopro, and Wolfpack productions does. Sadly I would attack this cute navi because if you think about it, I have to in order to progress in the 4th and 6th games. Also his name im the english dub for some reason is Spoutman but was kept as Aquaman in the 4th game then changed in the 6th to Spoutman.
