I was always a fan of Star Man (MM5), Magnet Man (MM3), Gemini Man (MM3), Bubble Man (MM2), Crash Man (MM2), and Snake Man (MM3). That said, it's kinda hard to narrow greatest MegaMan bosses down to 10
For some reason I really really liked Bubble man. Not just his weapon, but his stage too, and it was cool that it was the only weapon that worked in Wily's final stage

Shadow Man is from MegaMan 3 and the 6 robot masters in the first MegaMan game were made by Dr. Light. Dr. Wily reprogrammed them. I know this is from 2014, but come on, at least add in a comment to make corrections if you're not going to re-upload the video.
The ones you call mavericks in the zx series are not mavericks only the minions like the non bosses are but the bosses are either psuedoroids or a character using a biometal they should do a top 10 list of the mavericks in megaman x.
depends on the defenition since the sigma virus was deleted. But a maverick is defined by trying to hurt human which a few of the pseodroids do. Master albert was trying to create a world where only mega men survive so hurting humans. The psuedroids like Bifrost control areas to win. They do outright attack the main character and are corrupted by Model W so although never called mavericks they technically are by X series law.

Metal Man was awesome and you were able to shoot his metal blades in several directions using the D-pad, which you couldn't do on MM2 with most weapons.

I liked Crash Man. His bombs were unusual, powerful, and fun. Also, there's the added bonus that he was sometimes "Clash Man" because the letters "L" and "R" aren't distinguished in Japanese.
ya know, a third person action RPG co-op megaman (with Protoman, Bass, and Axel) game would have a lot of potential.... plus i'm a total fan boy and would geek out if that happened.
idea: a stylized Megaman X where you have 3 versions ( A,X,Z: axel, X and zero) now, if there are others around with the other versions ( say you have A and watchmojo crew has x, ) and ur near them u can enter their " world" it fuses the 2 with robots from both, and you can fight the boss together and it counts for both of your games, as well as each gaining a version of your special weapon
moonkingyukito that's good. i had another idea. what if instead of playing the iconic characters, you play as a robot scheduled for demolition, along with hundreds of others (this allows for co-op implication) that have all become self-aware, like Megaman and the others. but before you can be destroyed, Megaman and Zero come in guns blazing to save you and all the other bots. this would allow for a completely customizable Maverick. (i am completely geeking out as i type this)
metalupurazz1 well just in case someone from Capcom happens to see this, Megaman's character would be one of an objective mindset, somewhat light hearted, but only in mild situation. the only other character i can think of that would represent the kind of character that Megaman would have in the game is, well, Captain America. sorry but if Megaman was going to be like any other fictional character, it would be Captain America' personality. that's just my opinion though.

It's great to play a game that just gives you the happy nostalgic feeling when you remember these old games you played taking place in your early/late childhood, as you all know all these games originated from the 80s and 90s. Shadow Man is from MM3, not the original. And what on earth do you mean that Metal Man’s boss battle leaves you feeling satisfied? He’s the easiest robot master in the game. Even his creators were disappointed with the battle
I feel like this list is mostly blind nostalgia to the first two games. Not to mention you didn't even put them on here based on design, stage, fight and weapon. It felt like you just put them on for the sake of it. Also, I don't like Metal Man. At all. He's my 2nd least favorite of the Mega Man 2 Robot Masters actually. I do like his design. But I don't really like everything else about him. His stage to me is kind of boring and tedious at times. Then there's his extremely easy boss fight with or without his weakness no matter what mode you're on. I also don't like the Metal Blade. Yes, it can be aimed, it gives you a lot of ammo, and it's good against 4 bosses (barely good against Wood Man, not even his semi-weakness). But there are so many bosses immune to it that it's not that useful against them. That or too many are more durable from it than the Mega Buster? There are actually more things immune to the Metal Blade than there are to the Quick Boomerang. That and I don't usually like broken things in general whether they hinder or help you. I don't like breaking games. This is why I don't like Metal Man. At least he has 1 thing I like about him. That keeps him from being my least favorite (looking at you Heat Man).
Pharaoh Man isn't actually all that impressive considering that Bright Man's power keeps him from even moving, making him ridiculously easy to beat with it.
I prefer to call him Forte. I always call him "Bass" by mistake, even though I KNOW his name is pronounced "Base". It doesn't help that Megaman calls him Bass in Megaman 8. Regardless...I'm more into the mysterious Breakman. Who IS that guy? Why has he never been seen again? Why does he dress and wh...yeah, I know it's Protoman, I was trying to be funny. I just know someone was going to think I meant it.

Well, to be fair... it's actualy the case. Megaman's creator asked kids in schools to provide drawing he could use to make his robot master. It was a way for him to really get close to the kids who would play his games. I don't know if he started after Megaman, but I know many of the robot master for both the Megaman and Megaman X series came from kids.

well just in case someone from Capcom happens to see this, Megaman's character would be one of an objective mindset, somewhat light hearted, but only in mild situation. the only other character i can think of that would represent the kind of character that Megaman would have in the game is, well, Captain America. sorry but if Megaman was going to be like any other fictional character, it would be Captain America' personality. that's just my opinion though.
Admit it: The only reason most people like Metal Man is because the Metal Blade is unnecessarily powerful.
One of the worst top mega man list ever. No variety, nothing interesting, seems unfair choosing favoritism over the classic mm games instead of looking into the actual wide classic robot masters roster and this list lacks quality.

It's great to play a game that just gives you the happy nostalgic feeling when you remember these old games you played taking place in your early/late childhood, as you all know all these games originated from the 80s and 90s. I'm only 12, i'm just trying to make a point about how you feel from playing those games when you were several years old. A lot of people will miss those days when you watched these shows or movies.
The original Megaman games were hard as hell to beat back in the day. Great games.

8 bit is what made the series nostalgic and memorable and also the updated graphical games tend to not be as good except the x, zero, and zx series. The quirky megaman style just cannot be captured without 2-d side scrolling.

Shadow Man is from MM3, not the original. And what on earth do you mean that Metal Man’s boss battle leaves you feeling satisfied? He’s the easiest robot master in the game. Even his creators were disappointed with the battle
I feel like this list is mostly blind nostalgia to the first two games. Not to mention you didn't even put them on here based on design, stage, fight and weapon. It felt like you just put them on for the sake of it.
Also, I don't like Metal Man. At all. He's my 2nd least favorite of the Mega Man 2 Robot Masters actually. I do like his design. But I don't really like everything else about him. His stage to me is kind of boring and tedious at times. Then there's his extremely easy boss fight with or without his weakness no matter what mode you're on. I also don't like the Metal Blade. Yes, it can be aimed, it gives you a lot of ammo, and it's good against 4 bosses (barely good against Wood Man, not even his semi-weakness). But there are so many bosses immune to it that it's not that useful against them. That or too many are more durable from it than the Mega Buster? There are actually more things immune to the Metal Blade than there are to the Quick Boomerang. That and I don't usually like broken things in general whether they hinder or help you. I don't like breaking games. This is why I don't like Metal Man. At least he has 1 thing I like about him. That keeps him from being my least favorite (looking at you Heat Man).

I've haven't played that many Mega Man games, but I think it would have been more fair to stick with the "one per game" rule.
That would've given some more variety, seeing the best boss of each of the ten core entries.

When mega man 11 comes out there are going to be alot of those masters taking over this list. They look kickass, they've only shown block man, fuse man, and blast man and i would have all 3 of them on this list.

Well, to be fair... it's actualy the case. Megaman's creator asked kids in schools to provide drawing he could use to make his robot master. It was a way for him to really get close to the kids who would play his games. I don't know if he started after Megaman, but I know many of the robot master for both the Megaman and Megaman X series came from kids.
