My friend looked at that island and house. Too much work, bought another house in FL. He had a cat until navionics, with its iffy charts, and he ripped the keels off outside of Chatleston, SC. I always carry paper charts, and a sextant. I'm old school, with new school electronics, but still prefer paper charts. Cheers
