    In this video, we bring to you the shortcut for 6-digit square root exclusively in our channel and found in no other youtube channel, I won't say this method is applicable for all questions definitely every shortcut has an exceptional case,If you find a root digit same for two possible then kindly apply Step 1 to find the answer. But this shortcut is applicable for most of the 6-digit square root.
    And comments sections had been disabled due to misuse in the past and would be enabled in a couple of days for all the videos.
    Love you all Keep supporting and keep Sharing
    !! Happy Learning !!

    23:10 Here is a tick for last step when roots are same......
    This trick always works. 👉 √59 is becoming between 7² or 8² ...
    so multiply 7and 8
    it becomes 7×8=56
    Then compare it(56) with 59 ....
    You got that 59 is greater than 56 so ans will be the greater no...(769)²👍👍👍

    In this topic, while finding square root of 591361.
    Two possible root digits are coming
    (761)×(761)=14×14=5×5=25=2+5=7
    (769)×(769)=22×22=4×4=16=1+6=7
    Both are satisfying L.H.S = R.H.S
    In this case, how do we know which one is the suitable answer?
    Thank you!

      a quick multiplication of the 69 and 61 will give the last 2 digits for comparison 61^2= .21 and 69^2= .61 While the process is not perfect, it speeds up the process significantly. Though a trick you can use is to 76*77=5852

      @23:08 He says 14x14 is 5x5 but then says 5x5 is 27 resulting in 9 - Instead of 25 (which is what 5x5 actually is) which gives 7 as well.
      If 761x761
      14x14
      5x5
      25
      7
      If 769x769
      22x22
      4x4
      16
      7

    If you know the 2-digit squares, it will simplify the problem greatly. I know that 52^2 is 2704, so 520^2 = 270,400. That is only a little less than my desired answer, and to get a final digit of 9 in the answer the square must be either 523 or 527. 523 seems more likely and I can check both sides of the equation by casting out elevens. 523 is correct because I get a 3/11 remainder on both sides of the equation.

      i have a solution for this
      sqrt (579121)
      7 6 1 or 7 6 9 by above method
      Now observe first 4 digits ie., 5791
      now calculate (76)sqr and next number (77)sqr
      76 x 76 = 5776 &
      77 x 77 = 5926
      from above we observe that 5776 is near to 5791 means 761 will be the answer.
      Similarly sqrt(591361)
      same 7 6 1 or 7 6 9 by above method
      here 5913 near to 5926 so here 769 is answer.

      instead of digital sum we can go for the multiplication of first digit with the immediate greater digit
      i.e. 8×9 = 72 which is higher than 70 ( first two digits of number) so the smaller root will be the answer

  • @noobcoder828
    @noobcoder828 Před 6 lety +12

    Great video sir, My suggestion is that instead of finding root digit we can do below given step..Let's take the same example as of sir sqrt(708964) so we got out pairs as "70,89,64".....now we know the last digit will be "2" or "8"....now find the first term so it is "8".Now using sir's method find the second term.We now have 2 terms "848" and "842" ...Now here is the change, instead of finding root digit,we can simply do "first digit * first digit+1" i.e. 8*9=72 .....so 72 is greater than "70"(which is our first term of the question) so we will go for smallest option for the last space i.e. "2".......so 842 is the answer.....If it was smaller than the first term then we must have used the larger option. Please give it a try and revert back which method you find easy.Thank you again for a great video sir.

      that method is only applicable when you get both root digits numbers as same, here root digit of 418609 is 1, 634 is 7 and 647 is 1, so the answer is 647. so don't multiply it 6 x (6 + 1 ) = 42 like this.

      For query of example of 591361 is that first two digit is 59 then first digit will be 7 because of 7*7=49 now take +1 of first number which is 7 so 7+1 is 8 and multiply 8 with 7 which is 56. now compare 59 to 56. 59 is bigger than 56 so our answer last digit is big which is 9. so, answer is 769.

    For finding square root of 591361 @ 23:12
    You mistakenly said that 5*5 as 27 as added to 9
    But 761 and 769 both root digits are 7
    761 = 7
    769 = 7
    So this time root digit failed us...

      Multiply 76 by its next higher number (i.e. 77)
      76*77= 5832
      Compare this number with 61.
      5913 > 5832
      Hence choose the greater value number among 761 and 769.
      So 769 is our answer.
