Can’t believe I hadn’t tried burpees until I saw your channel. I’m loving them - great for me as I’m older and I feel there’s less impact on my joints. I’m still aching (but in a good way) after doing your fat burner routine yesterday. I’ll be doing it again- hopefully a bit quicker next time. Anyway - stay safe on deployment and hi from the UK.

Another super video Iron Wolf. Great advice.
You have a humble and kind presence. Thats your power. I’ve noticed that respectful manner in all your videos. You treat people well.
I say to my kids always leave a person better off that you met them. Bring that kind energy.
I never sit around gossipers, haters, complainers. I get up and leave. We gotta focus on the blessings.
I like what Paul Chek says. Check him out his the real deal! Life is both sides.
The Yin (Water) and Yang (Fire). We cannot have the greatest joy without the deepest pain too. Too much Yang, 🔥 fire, he says burns the pot out. So we have to have a rest day. Bring in the Yin, water. Balance is the key🙏🏾
Our lives are to find the gems or treasures hidden deep within us and then give them away.
I like what the composer Oscar Hammerstein says
“A bell's not a bell 'til you ring it - A song's not a song 'til you sing it - Love in your heart wasn't put there to stay - Love isn't love 'til you give it away!”
To serve and give your life’s messages/best wisdom away is the true meaning of life.
It will always return tenfold in unexpected ways and we leave this to the
universe/God 🙏🏾we don’t do it for that reason. Just because we want others to succeed.
I like the African philosophy ‘Ubuntu’
“Ubuntu (Zulu pronunciation: [ùɓúntʼù]) is a Nguni Bantu term meaning "humanity." It is often translated as "I am because we are," or "humanity towards others," or in Xhosa,"umntu ngumntu ngabantu " but is often used in a more philosophical sense to mean "the belief in a universal bond of sharing that connects all”
However, the greatest gift is the feeling of deep peace in the heart when we help others to be their best. That cannot come from any outside source. You can be a billionaire and be disconnected from your soul and ‘dead’ inside. There is a beautiful poem by Michael Josephson. I’ll share it another comment.
Couple of thinks training things I like:
    Clip 1
Sunny Joon Indian wrestler workout. Simple old skool. Great video.
    czcams.com/video/L6sZVuVb59M/video.html
There sprawl burpee is interesting as it clicks the back and joints and really works well. Seems to be a very old well established drill this one.
Clip 2 - I never mouth breathe. Always through the nose. Some good info below.
    czcams.com/video/CZtJmBPDf8I/video.html
Patrick McKeown, the world-renowned breathing expert, author, and lecturer.
Over the past 15 years, he has trained thousands of people around the world with breathing techniques that lower stress levels, reduce overall anxiety, and improve physical wellbeing.
Patrick is a student of the (Bew-tech-oh) breathing method from Moscow, and his latest book “The Oxygen Advantage” aims to revolutionise your health and fitness, using simple, scientifically proven, breathing techniques.
Apologies if this is a bit long. I like what Maya Angelou says “I've learned that you shouldn't go through life with a catcher's mitt on both hands; you need to be able to throw something back”
Just my way of throwing something back.
    Keep on and stay healthy
    Bless Jas 🙏🏾🥊👍🏽💪

Love what you said about the fancy barstars type videos! What I appreciate about this channel and your approach to fitness is the no nonsense, simple, disciplined approach. Everyone wants to overthink it, ask silly questions, make working out complicated so they can find excuses later why they can’t do it. Don’t overthink this people! Getting in shape is not easy, it will suck, it will hurt. Accept this and make a start. Also love the advice on diet. So simple. everyone knows what’s bad for them. Again, people LOVE to over complicate everything. Great content! Thank you

Agree the little hop is pointless. I never do it during my long workouts. However, I like to finish my workouts with sets of 30 second intervals doing one pump sprints as fast as I can, and on the up I explode and jump as high as I can. I'd recommend.

Profound and beautiful this poem. How we should all live our lives. They should teach this to kids early. You only live on in people hearts. A selfish life will not bring those values and the peace in our heart 🙏🏾
    What Will Matter?
    by Michael Josephson 2003
Ready or not, some day it will all come to an end.
There will be no more sunrises, no minutes, hours or days.
All the things you collected, whether treasured or forgotten
    will pass to someone else.
Your wealth, fame and temporal power will shrivel to irrelevance.
It will not matter what you owned or what you were owed.
    Your grudges, resentments, frustrations
    and jealousies will finally disappear.
So too, your hopes, ambitions, plans and to-do lists will expire.
The wins and losses that once seemed so important will fade away.
It won't matter where you came from
or what side of the tracks you lived on at the end.
It won't matter whether you were beautiful or brilliant.
Even your gender and skin color will be irrelevant.
    So what will matter?
How will the value of your days be measured?
What will matter is not what you bought
but what you built, not what you got but what you gave.
What will matter is not your success
    but your significance.
What will matter is not what you learned
    but what you taught.
What will matter is every act of integrity,
    compassion, courage, or sacrifice
that enriched, empowered or encouraged others
    to emulate your example.
What will matter is not your competence
    but your character.
What will matter is not how many people you knew,
but how many will feel a lasting loss when you're gone.
What will matter is not your memories
but the memories that live in those who loved you.
What will matter is how long you will be remembered,
    by whom and for what.
Living a life that matters doesn't happen by accident.
It's not a matter of circumstance but of choice.
Choose to live a life that matters 🙏🏾

Hi Iron Wolf, according to your last name you have german ancestors. Letters changed a little but phonetics are right. The german name/word "Schwarzberg" means black mountain. There is actually a mountain named Schwarzberg in Saxony (Sachsen).
Iron wolf would be "Eisenwolf", "Eiserner Wolf" or more archaic/poetic "Eherner Wolf".
Thank you for being an inspiration! Viele Grüße aus Deutschland

Love your videos, love your advise, I do a lot of intense shit myself, ran the marathon, 1 mile races, bjj....etc..l tried some of your workout and after like 15 - 20 min into it I was in trouble... calisthenics is the way but tbh you say that people who do tricks on the bar don't impress you, I agree to some degree but to be able to do that stuff their workouts have to be insane too, maybe different intensity and more muscle endurance...gymnastics doesn't look like an intense workout but its fucking hard man so I wouldn't throw it out the window. I have a routine myself where I do 10 muscle ups, 20 dips, 10 pull-ups and 30secs to a min pull up hold on the bar, all in one go its a fucking killer, its insane for the muscle endurance, its different and tares your muscles, after doing these muscle endurance workouts after a while I found out that they help me with intensity like my long runs became easier so I think they all have their part in my routine. Thanks man again for your videos and being inspiring.

Hey Wolf! I posted a while back asking you about Burpee Broad jumps across a football field! My friendly challenge to you is to to a Tabata (20 seconds on/ 10 seconds rest) starting at the endzone! Only moving forward on the broad jump! I wanna see how far you can go across the football field! I'm betting you can do at least 150 yards! I did 100 yards at 52 years old! Get some brother!🙏💖👊

Here is a question . It’s concerning the MURPH workout , what do you think of it and how would you improve on it using burpees? Much respect and love .
