200mm minimum column size is not acceptable anymore. The NSCP 2015 code says that the minimum dimension of a column should be 250mm but that dimension will increase depending on the load on the structural elements of the building.
Can you do a 2storey 4br on 2nd flr and 1br on ground flr sir for a 6x13m floor pls.

Hello po. More or less, magkano kaya budget sa ganitong house plan.

When you say the est. cost is 3.5 - 5.0 M, does it include all the interior/furniture?
How much is if the basic structure only, like it is already habitable?
Furniture not included and estimated cost is not so accurate and it depends on what materials used and labor cost. But i think 3M is enough for rough finish.

id get rid of the mini bar and put a stacking washer/dryer unit there. you dont want to have to go outside to do laundry if its late or the weather is poor.
