Una humilde opinión:
Deberían hacer un baño compartido para los dotmitorios 1y 2 , y así, el dormitorio principal tenga su baño privado.

Could you try to build 5m x 10m with 2Bedroom and 2Bathroom, but the House have only 3 sides for windows (so one side, on the 10m wall cannot have windows)

A 2500 square foot house like this costs $150-$185 minimum in the United States. That comes out to $400,000 minimum not $60,000
I think the 60k is just for materials bc ain’t no way in America we building damn near anything for that cheap
