they could build a 20x30 house with room for 4 cars (2 in the door and two in the garage) 5 bedrooms, 3 suites and 2 normal visits, party area by the pool, gym, pool shower, 2 bathrooms by the pool pool, service area and service room

Hola bendecido dia espero que sus proyectos tengan muchos exitos de verdad me encantan ... Una humilde opinion constructivamente es que en el diseño pude apreciar que le falta arriba en el techo lo de los drenajes ...porque si llueve se queda el agua estancada por la altura del borde ...No se si me explico

No soy constructora ni arquitecto ni nada de eso pero ese problema lo tenían en la casa de mi tía y llovia más adentro que afuera porque el agua se estancaba en el techo.
