Not to diminish your experience but my brother bought his Zforce 800 trail 6 or 7 years ago and his has been reliable with regular maintenance and keeping it stock. I think horror stories can be found in most brands. Likely the next words out of your mouth will be: "Chinese Junk". Here in Canada, CF Motos come standard with several thousand dollars worth of options and a 5yr warranty and roughly $5-7k less than Polaris, Canam, Arctic Cat, Kawasaki, Yamaha, Honda, etc... CF Motos are very mature, well though out (extra storage, and easily removable panels for servicing), and just flat out look cool. ...But hey, you do you. ✌
@fasdude38 Agreed. I had my dads cfmoto gladiator 550 for roughly 9 years and never had any major issues with it and the atv is still going pretty damn well.
forgot to mention the warranty 6 months vs 5 years and also the arched A arms on the Cfmoto vs straight for Polaris. You mentioned tires but they are worth mentioning again, 14 inch wheels with proper tires vs 12 inch wheels with crappy tires.
Those circle vents on dash are for future heating that cf moto will soon have available..there are also wimdsheild cutouts as well...and there will also be door window sealing attachments👍
On the razor cut yourself a piece of plywood to fit the backbox You will thank me it will keep things from sliding around plus you can throw heavier loads in there without cracking the box.

I've seen the can am maverick smoke the cfmoto and we all have seen the rzr 900 beat the maverick so why not show the massive difference in real world performance from these two similarly classed machines? I'm in the market for a 50'' but I'm getting tired of these walk around "feature this, nick knack that" reviews talking about nothing that matters when build quality and engine performance is the biggest difference between the major names and the Chinese companies. If there wasn't as big of a price difference between these two machines CFMoto wouldn't make it as a brand and I don't think enough people are critically examining the poor quality of these machines and instead trying to convince us all that the product with the largest markup for dealers is just nearly as good as the big guys! I mean from the video on my phone I saw some tragically bad welds- is the roll cage actually rollover rated? What does the suspension feel like- I've only ever been disappointed with no name Chinese reservoir shocks- may as well have any other basic big name shock because the ride is better anyhow. Get to brass tax on these side by sides, jump them, race them, ask people how sore they are after a day of riding in each
So you want the dealer to take a new unit off the floor and jump it, race it, give it all the beans, and then let you know how it is? lol I think we are going to pass. I'm sure there are plenty of videos you can find of people tearing their machines up. Appreciate you watching!
I have a 2015 Polaris RZR 900 XC. I picked ot up used a few years back. My friend bought a CF Moto 800 trail. I like the CF, however his is not comfortable I dislike the direction the shifter works and it hits your thigh. Overall the XF Moto is a good machine so if the roominess and minor inconveniences have been solved I would say buy that over a Polaris. My XC has ride command turf mode and EPS, all machines should be standard with EPS who want manual steering.
I wish folks would stop comparing MSRP with CFMoto because there are such pretty big hidden fees added like freight and shipping that close the gap on other machines from the big boys. And I understand they are still cheaper but the gap is much smaller than everyone likes to advertise.
They all have freight and PDI. Every make. 4 wheeler motor bikes sxs etc. I work at a dealership. Same freight n pdi for a full sized 950 cf as our polaris... and kawi... and our yamahas.. and in that world that's what we carry. Have boats n jets skis and sleds too ... but for this. Freight n pdi. And doc fees. Tire Levi. Makes no difference. Cf crushes prices on everything except I find in the big bore 800 and 1000 quads. Shit ain't cheap
Their is a big price difference. Retail (AFTER FEES) on a CF MOTO 950 Trail IS $15,554. Retail starting price on a Polaris 900 trail is $15,499. That Polaris will not have electronic power steering, a winch, aluminum wheels, a roof, 950cc's, and a year warranty standard. That is a HUGE difference.
I just bought a 2023 Cfmoto zforce 950 ho sport for 9,999...brand new off the lot...after fees and financing I think it was 11,500 or really close to that...for the fact that I can get a machine that runs like it does for that price is nothing but AWESOME! I love it....and I've ridden all types...but this is my favorite by far.....(may have something to do with that it's mine) lol but it is an awesome machine and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a great sxs but doesn't wanna pay 20 grand plus
I've always been a Polaris guy but the last 10yrs has been nothing but recalls across all thier product lines so that made in America doesn't have a lot of weight and they are overpriced for what you get.

To narrow for what? We drive the shit out of our trail machines, custom dog box for our 5 hounds on the back, me and my passenger, hunting gear etc. No issues
