As a Kentucky fan… Kansas should really take arkansas serious. They’re the healthiest they’ve been all season and a team full of playmakers.

@@essentialss I am a North Carolina fan so I understand that Kentucky, UNC, Kansas and Duke are the blueblood programs and that yes the Wildcats have the most national titles compared to the other three bluebloods. However, currently(key word) Kansas is the strongest program of the four right now. Notice I did not say historically strongest.

@@ChannelCrossroads When most people think of bluebloods they think of six programs. The four I already mentioned plus UCLA and Indiana. IMHO, UCLA and Indiana are outliers because neither are consistently current elite like the other four programs are. UK, UNC, Duke and Kansas have won national titles in the last decade whereas UCLA and Indiana have not. The best way that I could put it is that UK, UNC, Kansas and Duke are current elite programs as well as being historical elite whereas UCLA and Indiana are just historical elite.
Good job Arkansas for winning because that makes my brothers school proud because he goes to Arkansas there and as a Texas Longhorns fan, I hope the final four this year is Arkansas Razorbacks vs Texas Longhorns!!

Not to burst your bubble but Illinois is not very good and their quality wins came in Nov and Dec.
They were really good. Unfortunately they got wrecked by the Big Ten officiating mess all year long so I think a lot of people didn't realize this. But yes, for anyone paying attention, this was a heck of an upset by Arkansas.

School and education is always more important than sports. But for the basketball program, recruit players that are looking for a NBA, career and education backup. With high defensive skills and scoring skills. 6.4 guards and m-6.6 players in higher. and shoot in the paint more and stop living on the three-point shot. And no baseline ever! And you will have a NCAA championship.

What did one expect? No Sweet 16 appearances since 2005 and only two Final Fours since 1952.

As a KU fan I can say KU better play their A game. With K-Mac back I can see KU winning a tough close game
I know he is a top 5 pick. I’d just love to see NSJ come off the bench for us. His shots are rushed and toughly guarded right now. Let him give us that spark off the bench. Devo AB and ricky look more experienced in flow of the offense. I love NSJ I do I just think we ride his hot hand offensively off the bench kinda like j Graham when we need. 20 + mins of course. He is rusty still trying to find his touch
Devo is a Sr. Ricky a Sophmore AB has played all year and this was NSJ 13th game. You're going to see a different flow due to game experience. Not to mention what NSJ does best (score) requires real game action. I do agree and think he'd be better coming off the bench but Council has played well in that role

Illini looked like they didn't want to break a sweat. All the standing around, spacing the floor, on offense and defense. Purdue did the same thing, same result. Look at Arkansas vs Kansas. Those guys are playing all out, the only way they should play.

Just curious is to why the Illinois players sitting on the bench would stand up when Arkansas was fixing to score? It was mainly one player but at times a few of them would stand up. I think he was a hog fan, at one time he stood and when they scored he clapped😂

Another first round bust again, year after year after year the Illini bomb out. All I heard preseason was how Illinois was going to dominate the B1G and make some noise in the tourney. All the trash talk about Illinois taking the Texas Tech transfer from Michigan and it didn't mean squat, Illinois still figured out how to lose the first game.

I don't think that I have ever seen two mediocre programs like Illinois and Purdue. Neither program can consistently win in the national postseason when it really matters.
