Not gonna lie, i liked watching this video. Didn't feel like a video felt like a Google meet class with a friend where we're doing pass papers. Love that. Following you
For #42 the answer is D. You are not allowed to express your view point in an expository piece where as the purpose of an expository piece is to enlighten or instruct the reader.
Number 8, i would say the answer is c. To 'probe' questions mean to look for deeper knowledge based on the collected responses( the findings). However, it can not be done in this case since the questions are precoded, it's like a mcq, the responses are given you just have to chose. Hence my response would be "c" easy analysis of the findings. Due to it being a mcq it would be easier to sort the responses by the choices made by the responders.
Thank you so much for thoroughly answering and explaining the reason for your answer to each question. However, I disagree with your answer to questions 44-45. This is because the writer uses the narrative technique to display/enlighten their repugnant experience at the Debone restaurant. But then again it could persuasive. Never mind, I see where you're coming from. You're right. Thank you so much. May God bless you.
for 30, i dont think A is correct. because i looked at all the islands that are Netherland territory in the Caribbean and none of them have French as their official language however, many of them do have Papiamento as their official language which is a form of Portuguese-based creole so for 30 i believe the answer is B
Papiamento is the unofficial language so tht cant b the answer, there's only 1 official language despite Papiamento being the language mainly spoken there
obviously, there needs to be an explanation for the reason why a particular answer is THAT answer, if you don't wanna listen to the entire thing there's always the mark sheet on google you can get. 😐
@@tarellflemmingstrachan8413 that's true, that person can always skip ahead or look at another video I like that she's explaining. You can memorize the answer for the questions and not understand what it's asking you. In a case where they change how they ask the question this person might be screwed.
I understand where you are coming from but I try to explain so that students are able to understand the concepts behind the questions. That's just incase CXC actually decides to use new questions. I try to upload the answer sheets to my Instagram page. So check there so you don't have to hear the discussion. I would advise listening to the discussion tho. It can really help with paper 02s.💫

Thanks for sharing! I don't mind a healthy discussion. Subjects like English Literature and Communication Studies tend to be highly subjective.
@@YoungGeniusOfficial So, true. I am studying both and I definitely agree
Thank you for this, you explained everything question understandable and your voice is nice and makes it easier to understand
Thank you love, I'm glad I could help

18 is D. Samantha and Bryan advocate for English Creole as you said but Paul also advocates for Caribbean Standard English.

For question 42 in the 2019 past paper you gave the answer as D but in 2020 past paper you giving it as C🥲
It is D
8 is C
Precoded means open-ended questions so they will be able to probe for further details …..so I think it’s right
Precoded is the opposite of open-ended questions. C is the answer.
2 is D
5 is A
8 is C
17 is A
Love the energy😂❤️ great video👌🏽
Thank youuuu
#1 gave the answer for #2 😉
Wouldn't 44 be d?
Thank you for doing this
thank you very much.

Number 44 literally gave away number 45 answer 😄
Thank youuu
Thank u

Why not A for 5?
42. D
thanksss
8. C
No 18 is D
I believe so too
@@jasickadon1sydeboss yes because i did this question in class and my teacher said the answer was D
Its true because Bryan and Samantha advocate for Caribbean creole English and Paul advocates for Caribbean Standard English.
@@tamaramiguel4054 I agree. This was my realization as well.
What grade did you get in communication studies?

I think 17 is B🤷🏽♀️
For 8 it could not be A because sometimes it cost alot
is it not precoded questions so C would be the answer
@@nicholasramnarine9160 I think C is the answer as well.
