Great video, Melody. I knew it would work on glitter iron-on because Ken did it last year with the Artesprix markers (sublimation). I absolutely love the idea of glitter on a dark shirt covered with the infusible ink transfer sheets. Thank you!!! I hope Lorrie washes what she did and shares the results with us.

isnt this just changing the color of the vinyl. what would be the differance in using a rainbow colored vinyl? at the end of the day your base is still vinyl. Ive seen people make a templet and then bleach their shirts just on the part where you put the infusible ink onto.

Does it have to be Cricut Glitter Iron-On? I know there were questions about other types of Iron-On products. Could you use a different brand of White Glitter Iron-On? I like the Siser brand, it seems to work better for me. Second question, how did you know (or find out) that the Cricut brand was polyester?

Alex and Holly: I just watched this video, and I noticed that the audio is delayed significantly from the video. at least 15 to 20 seconds or more. Its super noticeable when she's talking on camera, and when her exclamation doesn't fit with what is on screen. Don't know if you can fix that, but thought I'd let you know. Oh, Melody, I'm watching this a whole year later and I've been yelling at you - lol. Raise the temp, raise the temp. My husband thinks I'm nuts. When I have a spot that didn't take right, I put it back on and use my Mini (butcher paper down first). Sometimes I just cut or rip off what didn't take to stick it back down. Works all the time. And I've seen Lorrie's video, followed it, did a shirt for my granddaughter.

BUT they popped off and I cannot get them to stay on the transfer paper. My dsing has words all around a cicle that says I am. I do not think I will ever be able to flip the transfer paper to put onto shirt. Is there anything that might help me get the letters onto the design in the proper spaces? Thanks

i am new to the cricut and have a question ... my mother is an assistant manager and they have not given her a work shirt yet because her position and she HATES T-Shirts she doesnt like her chubby arms showing so she asked me to make her shirt but its to be neon green and white .... my question is does the glitter show through the infusible ink and make it glittery or no?.... also is there neon or Florissant green iron on I can use? I also watched another video and it looked like she used the a regular iron on with the ink is that even possible? Im not one thats willing to waste money as a single mom .... it took me 2 years to be willing to buy the cricut its self but since mom really wants a long sleeve and a sweater for work i agreed to make them but im soooo scared to mess the up ..... my final question is can i use any brand of heat transfer paper iron ons? I ask because the cricut color i wanted was out of stock so i got to looking on amazon and there is so many different brands outside of the cricut iron ons and they actually have the neon or Florissant green in the HTV brand but i have not found it for the cricut! i could be blind and missed it but if her sweater is liked by the owner of her shop i will be the one making the uniforms for now on! so i feel these are very important questions because the shirts are important to the shop! Im hoping for a response from anyone that is experienced with the cricut including Melody!!!!

If the ink doesn't fuse or at least isn't visible on the black, could it have been possible to just use a full square of the color without cutting the design out? Fast and less chance of offset because it would just cover the entire design. You wouldn't be wasting much more either. In this case I understand you are saving the excess for additional designs for future projects. Just an idea though.
