Alright folks.... you can church up your yard in a weekend Give it a good clean and have at it. There is more important stuff do to than yard work... unless you love gardening... then its pretty important i guess. But I don't.
The yard was so bad it was actually bugging me though... so lets make it better

Good job. It looks a lot better. Personally I would paint the front of the house with a bit more modern color, maybe a lighter grey, and give the window frames a lick of white too

You have a great personality. I laughed with all your side comments. The house looks great! I was thinking a couple of things. Maybe you could paint the house a different color next time? I know that’s a bigger job, but it would really modernize it. I was also thinking some hanging lights on the front porch would look beautiful at night and be nice to sit out there. Great job! 🎉

Nice job,looks better. Hints spray paint- use a piece of cardboard as a guard to prevent overspray(clean edge,no cost),stumps take years to rot and can be dangerous (collapse/ break leg,ankle) use fire (drill and burn or chemical dissolve) to remove,azelea are a acidic soil plant a fertilizing will have them look much better and maintenance can be free if you grill with charcoal or wood sprinkle ashes around plant to acidify soil.
