For me omni-man slowly breaking the speedster's head while he's struggling for his life would be a brilliant fatality. I know it's simple but seeing the speedster struggling by punching omni-man to desperately struggle for dear life but only damaging his hands was pure horror for me.
The thing about that scene is I always interpreted that he didn't actually crush his head slowly. Why would he? It's not like he would have trouble crushing his head in an instant. I think it was extremely slow because that's how red rush perceived it. When in reality. His head was crushed instantly.

Idea for Onni Man Fatality: For those who saw the death battle between Omni Man and Homelander, the fatality could be from how Omni Man killed HomeLander. If you don't know what I'm talking about, look up omni man vs homalnder death battle.

Homelander basically wrecked a plane in the live action and comic versions, and he has supersonic screeching in said comic. Homelander probably has some of the most references for Fatalities from just the cartoon with the deaths of the Guardians of The Globe.
