Thanks Phil! Honesty is the best policy I say, if I don't like the rifle then sadly I don't like it simple as. It's a shame too as I usually like wacky stuff but this thing was just a bit of a monster unfortunately.
Hi Dan, as you know I'm a FX fan, also Kral etc, but I had one of these over 20 years ago, I hated the bottle at the back, made it awful to shoot, but these days the guns are very different, mags are excellent in Maverick and others like Wildcat which use same mag, to be honest these guns are really for FAC although they shoot fine at 12ftlb, I've had just about every make that's easy to buy, FX is a long way in front at shot numbers and accuracy I shoot others as you know but FX is the one 😁

Hahaha to be fair their other products might be really good but not even a mother could love the Gladiator. The NP02 is an odd little rifle to shoulder but it handles like a Ferrari compared to the FX.
I had the older Logun Gladi8or I bought back in 2005 and that was uncomfortable to shoulder and blew seals for fun although the cocking action was smooth and it was accurate. But I regretted trading my Webley FX2000 in for it within a day or so.
Hi Carsten! I'm sure you can get used to it but it's a really fiddly and in my opinion poor design although nicely made. They could've designed it so as the rotor tooth at least cleared the loading port.
I have at the moment a friends Gunpower Shadow 2 both he and Gunpower have given up on and given it to me as he simply could not sell it. It's been back a few times and there was just no way any of them could stop the power creeping up to illegal levels. I tried drilling the port and threading it to take a brass grub screw and drilled a set of them out to various sizes. Yes it worked but the fps spread was ridiculous. I eventually settled on fitting an adjustable reg but found the length of pull increased too much and was uncomfortable to shoot. I swapped out the 0.5l steel bottle for a shorter 0.35l aluminium one. I set the reg to 6mpa first and bingo. Spot on first time. 11.5ftlb consistently. I haven't managed to empty the bottle yet nor have I had to refill it. If you want to borrow it you may but remember, this isn't in bog standard trim but it is one hell of a tack driver ugly as it looks. Just let e know on here and I'll contact you. Steve.
Hi Steve! That's a fantastic offer and I'm glad you've got the rifle sorted, the Stealth I find is unfairly attacked simply due to some "wrong'uns" messing with them. I love the simple design principle of the rifle. I'll definitely keep your offer in mind as it could make a very interesting video in the future. Ideally I like to review standard rifles but that could make an excellent video to show the potential of a tuned rifle. Not looking forward to having to chrono test it though!
Hello Dan, Can you do a review of the new Crosman 2250 Buntline (24 inch barrel), the 2250 is such a popular rifle, it would be a shame not to do a review of the most powerful version ever made, I desperately want a Buntline but I want to see a review of it first, thanks.

Hi, great review, I have an unrelated question, I’ve recently bought a AA S400 classic super lite, it’s only averaging 9.6ft lbs, I’m in Suffolk so not too far from you, can you recommend a good gun smith for them to increase the power, thanks, Brian
Hi Andy! It's a bit of a band aid fix is the problem for a rifle that handles terribly. Even with that the grip/stock is still uncomfortable.. for a £1200 rifle it just rubs me the wrong way.
Not my cup of tea , it was interesting to see though. I see the widest variety of airguns here , thanks Big Dan. And that magazine, same crap as for my little Diana.
Hi Ray! I like to film what's interesting although I usually gravitate towards the cheaper stuff. I just couldn't resist with this FX though.. it's a shame that more effort wasn't put into the stock as the rest of the rifle was actually really nice.
I haven't tried myself yet Michael, sadly it isn't my rifle as I'd have a go at swapping them. To be honest you're better off with the NP02 cheekpiece.
For those wondering, it definitely isn't a glitch with the title screen we've just changed our name to Bigdefatsaurusguns. Honest!

Hi Dan. at 3:51 it is really no problem to load those mag`s !U get used to it very fast! I tried 2 mag`s and than it works Perfect!!!!

hi Dan ps loosen the but screw and twist the bottle cover to suit for a more comfortable fit.

You can buy a HW100 for the same money, why would you buy this? looks awful, accuracy was poor as well.
What a joke once again fx screw up their not sub 12lbs guns the only good fx is the dreamline I bet the t12 is a better gun at halve the price
