I’m a retired metal health worker and have seen a lot of people with depression coming in and out of the hospital due to alcohol related or drugs.
whatever it was that you and your spouse had difficulty with it’s not worth the pain of your depression for the things you cannot control.
you have an amazing voice you inspire people, you sing right from the core of your emotions that touches people to tears.
that’s what you are made for to sing.
It’s OK to ask for help and seek the attention you need and deserve I wish you all the best and remember you’re a valuable person.

Iam having also depressief problemen and I have my boy whos getting me into walging together and being my inspiration. What i want to say is. Help this guy because I love his voice and personality so much. ❤
