tourettes is a disorder that causes the uncontrollable moving/jerking/twitching/or flinching of the body and the uncontrollable saying/yelling/making of noises. although tourettes could potentially make someone cuss, its not probable and is probably not common at all if ever. it is coprolalia that does this.
