Sharon was beautiful (and a very kind lady from all accounts), but she was not a very good actress. Has this never happened, she probably would've focused more on motherhood. I doubt she would've made it very far as an actress.
i dunno about the whole, looking at the pictures different if she was still here, i look at people from the 60's like grace slick, anita pallenberg, sharon tate, and think they are all amazing to look at and have this thing about them, the way they dressed, the way the photos were taken, women from the 60's are way me stunning then ones of today, thats my opinion and im only 22.

Yes, there was a caretaker in the guesthouse, his name was William Garretson. There are vids of him on CZcams. Be warned though, the things he says are quite probably not the truth in most cases.
