- North and South Korea held their first high-level military talks in seven years on Wednesday.
The discussions took place in the border village of Panmunjom.
Al Jazeera's Teresa Bo was granted rare access to film inside the joint security area on the North Korean side of the border a few days before the meeting.

And you don't need to go far..India-pakistan has same dialogues..We have most unproffessional leader,police, and army in the world..Our police grab pocket of people on the road..

No, I know soldiers say bad things during battle and etc. but in peacetime and when they are in front of a camera, most of the soldiers try to act in a way to not to cause any disgrace to it's country and army. Well looking at the way North Korea show the Korean war and south and US soldiers it's not a surprise if he calls others dogs.
