  • Text neck is pretty straightforward name for neck pain and associated symptoms seen in people and those who spend hours each day face down in their phones. The connection to ligamentous cervical spine instability is apparent, especially when we have patients go through our specialized diagnostic program to get a look at the head and neck structures in motion. Dr. Ross Hauser and PA Danielle Matias discuss text neck and how we diagnose and treat the underlying cause to try and get people back to living an active, pain-free life.
The Hauser Neck Center & Caring Medical Florida are located in Fort Myers, Florida in the US. We treat patients who travel to our center from all around the globe, however, please understand that we do not treat all cases. If you are looking for our team to review your case and possibly see you in our center, you can contact us through www.caringmedical.com, call us at 239-308-4773, or email info@caringmedical.com.

**DISCLAIMER: As with any medical treatment, no guarantees or claims of cures are made as to the extent of the response to treatment that every person experiences. Every therapy/treatment has patients who experience varying levels of success and failure. Results may not be the same from patient to patient, even with a similar diagnosis, as the body’s internal status is unique to each individual.

Which video are you referencing about kids and how they should hold devices?

Kids should be so limited on the screen. It is so horrible for their health. However, it is inevitable and it should be used in the way that Dr. Hauser presents it in the images of him in his office, he is never in forward head looking down posture!

@@sahena2565 A few months ago I was getting pulsing tinnitus, dizziness, left arm pain, including tingles on my left hand. I was spooked that it was something else like a stroke or a tumor. Eventually, my doctor requested for me to get an full head and spinal mri. That's how I know that it was related to my bulging disc. I was referred to a physical therapist where I leaned to do chin tucks and other neck exercises. Physical therapy did reduce my dizziness, eye pain, and pain radiating down my arm. Occasionally, I continue doing these neck therapy at home since my health insurance will not pay more sessions since I've reached the maximum.

We have patients who travel from all over the globe on a daily basis! We understand that travel is not feasible for all but you have to look at the whole - the end results might outweigh the negatives from the 4 hour flight! We are praying for your complete healing!

We drove 3.5 hours from Orlando. My spouse and I have both been successfully treated there. I went to Dr. H and my spouse went to Dr. Daniel. Awesome clinic, staff and non surgical treatment!!!! People come from all over the world! They are the absolutely most experienced clinicians. If you have issues, go to them to get an assessment. The cell phones are wrecking our necks and even more can be treated there.

@@sahena2565 hello 👋💚 I have good days and some bad days still but I am doing so much better since I started my treatment at Caring Medical! I have not had days where I am too weak to drive my car or work my shifts like before. My tremors/nausea/fatigue/headache/shortness of breath upon physical activity occurs much less than before. Gaining the use of my arms back which is huge for me because I couldn't even barely hold my phone up to text somebody before!
