Kyle, bro, why didn't you order all the parts ahead of time? You know what you need, it's the same on every car. And why not weld the bungs in the pan and valve cover when it was apart during the rebuild. You could have had the car down for just a couple of days and not weeks if you plan ahead. I really do like what you guys are doing and you have a great crew at PFI. I've been doing this for 23 years, and sometimes your projects live or die by how you plan your built or mod. Keep up the good work guys.

Hayden's work has come a long way, those welds look incredible and he's maintaining a solid temp and staying consistent on his beads.
I love this civic. Back in 2006 I had a 2000 Si and I was actually planning on making mine look exactly like this one. Looking back, I think repainting the Si would’ve been kinda dumb bc it had the beautiful red Si color. I miss my SI!!

Not for nothing but saving weight helps but only for every 100lbs is a tenth of a sec that front cross member helps a fwd car keep weight over the front tires to help with weight transfer and traction. But keep up the great work

THIBAULT it is, but the hardshell turtle needs a place to get up out of the water. He has had them for a long time so apparently he is doing something right.
You should move the radiator a few inches towards the drivers side. That might give you some room to run the intercooler pipe instead of having to go out and round the side.

You are creating turbulence by mounting the inlet that close to intercooler. You need a good section of tubing to create more laminar flow. In return this makes your system more efficient...fyi 🧐
