Hello Zaheer. I need more information... PEI doesn't invite people who have no connections to the province. How come your friend got selected? UCI number is received post ITA. After When you're nominated by PEI. Are you sure your consultant isn't fooling your friend around?

Then khidmat markaz will make one single PCC of Lahore by mentioning these both permanent address durations separately in two rows on pcc? Or they will issue PCC mentioning 1995 till 2014? If you are asked for a police certificate from Saudi Arabia, write: “I cannot provide a police certificate for the time I spent in Saudi Arabia because certificates are only available to people who have current legal residence status.”

You must be living in Lahore for work or studies; therefore,
11 years Lahore PCC.
If you go to hometown for vacations, then that period will be covered in another pcc
