Can I build the app for a client and share to their account? Or do I have to build it in their jotform account?

Why can't i add recipient email address to the app builder just like i can do with the jot forms?

Can I make an app that has features from uber and airbnb? It would be a services booking app

Can people download the app from the App Store/Google Store? How is the app published there?

Jotform uses Progressive Web App (PWA), a web app that can work as a web page and mobile app on any device. Users can choose to install the app on their device when they open the app link you share with them. Unfortunately, we do not provide a package file of the app, so it is not possible to publish the app to Applestore or Playstore. However, there are 3rd party platforms you can find on Google that turns PWA into a format that's publishable on app stores.

I want to built simple sistem for booking computer room for my school. Atleast once date and time already booked other person cannot booking the same date and time.

We have an Appointment Field that's designed for that purpose. You have the ability to customize the duration of appointment slots and limit the number of individuals who can register for each time slot. By default, each time slot can only be chosen once, and will become unavailable to the next registrants. How do I indicate that items are sold out?

We recommend creating products using the Product List in Form Builder and then adjust the stock for each item. Once a product runs out of stock, it will display a "Sold Out" message. How to check app users number
We don’t currently have a feature that lets you check how many users are there in your app. If you're looking for an app visitor counter, you can use 3rd party app that counts number of visitors and then embed it into your app using the Iframe Embed widget. How to install the app

It's easy, open the app URL and wait for the browser to display a pop-up. Then, select "Add to Home Screen" to add the app into your device. If no pop-up appears, access your browser settings and select Add to Home Screen or Install App. Here's an example screenshot of the pop-up message showing instructions for adding the app to your device Home Screen link.jotform.com/NcJyZDZJqM.
