Unfortunately, we do not have a monetization program. However, if you want to collect payments, you may create a payment form then embed the form in your app. To create a payment form, simply integrate the form with the payment gateway you like e.g. PayPal, Stripe, Square and etc. Check this out: www.jotform.com/help/165-setting-up-your-first-order-form/. There are a lot more guides you may find in our user guide section here: www.jotform.com/help/. With regards to publishing the app on Playstore and Apple Store, it is not possible. The app can be shared through its direct link or QR code.Once someone views the app, they’ll be given the option to save the app to their computer or install it on their mobile device. If you prefer publishing the app to online stores, use any third-party conversion tool, such as www.pwabuilder.com/ to convert the app into Playstore or Apple Store compatible.

Just to clarify, it is not possible to add input elements into the app directly. You will have to create a form in the form builder first then add them into your app using the Form element. After that, add the forms into your app using the Form element in the App Builder just like on this screencast link.jotform.com/YuIcLiZInH.

Gusto en saludarlos. Porque razón cuando edito el formulario y le doy vista previa, me sale mis datos de contacto en el nombre , apellido y correo. No sale en blanco para los usuarios? gracias por su respuesta.

When you are logged in to your Jotform account, your profile information will be prefilled to the form. It will be blank for your form users if they are viewing the form as guest or their own profile information will be prefilled if they are logged in to their own Jotform account.

If you're using the Product List element in the Jotform app and want to direct the recipient's email to another email address, that's not possible. What we can suggest is to create a form in the form builder instead, then change the recipient email to your preference. After that, embed the form into your app using the Form element. Here's how to do that:
1. First, create a form in the form builder by going to your My Forms page www.jotform.com/myforms then click the Create Form button. To create products, you can use the Product List element.
2. If you want to change the recipient email address of the form, follow this guide: www.jotform.com/help/41-how-to-change-the-email-address-used-for-notification-email/
3. To add the form to your app, you can use the Form element. Example: link.jotform.com/g3YxCJpanJ.

La primera pregunta que me viene a la mente: al usar la plataforma y usar algun formulario o características ya creadas por otros usuarios de la misma dicha aplicación no me pertenece a mi sino que la plataforma puede usarla y comercializarla sin mi consentimiento ni dándome ningún beneficio económico sin que yo pueda reclamar la creación de dicha aplicación?

Unfortunately, some of the features you mentioned aren't supported in Jotform apps but it may be possible to create them in the form in Form Builder. For example, you can perform calculation in the form fields to calculate the price based on rates, mileage or to your preference. When sharing the app, you just have to go to the Publish tab, copy the app link and share that link with your customers. Your customers will be able to access the app directly when they click on the app link, whichever device they're using. To clarify, it's a Progressive Web App (PWA), a web app that can operate both as a web page and mobile app on any device. The app can be easily and quickly accessed through a web browser by visiting the app link. On your first visit, a prompt will also appear showing instructions on how to install the app into your device. If you're looking to download the app and publish it on app stores, it's not possible in the Jotform App Builder. A workaround is to package your app using 3rd party platforms like this www.pwabuilder.com/ so you can publish them on app stores.
