[9:36] there are *technically* localised SFX for this game (kitties and cosmic dance reuse this sfx in Japanese and it's changed in megamix). However, there's no "four" sfx used in japanese or English in megamix.
[9:18] the creator could have added the ds RAPMEN phone Easter egg, as that has "Yo", "Yeah", "Havin' fun" and the "Uh" sfx in English, however it wouldn't match the rest.
[Not in video] The drum lesson sfx are reused in Firework's practice, which was later localised in DS' guitar lessons (Apart from a "Hai!" SFX)
[Not in video] Ninja Bodyguard actually has localised sfx for the "Huh?" During the prologue seen when the practice is not skipped. It's so small that I'm not sure why they changed it.
To be honest, I'm not sure why everyone hates English space dance. It's just different, and that's probably why people don't like it. I'm ambivalent personally.

Wait, wasn't Mr Upbeat in the localized versions of Rhythm Heaven Fever? Couldn't those SFX be used?

@@ArendAlphaEagle they aren't the localised GBA ones, they're just standard countin ones. Kitties and cosmic dance directly use and localise the original countin.
@@somethingAccurate Okay first of all, the counting that Kitties and Cosmic Dance use is NOT the standard counting (or at least, not anymore). The standard counting for all games as of Fever is done with a high-pitched voice, but these are lower-pitched. And the high-pitched counting voices ARE redubbed for the English version, and THOSE rebdubs of the high-pitched counting ARE used in the Fever version of Mr Upbeat.

The best thing to do would to be to accurately compress it, which would take a long time for something minor and unnecessary.
