    Love this video I use it in the morning. Is there a way to get that ad off of the end so it can be better used at night to fall asleep to?

    Is there a way to get the ad at the beginning of this instead of the end? I fall asleep to this but then the ad blares at the end and wakes me up 😮 I love the video

    Hello Suzanne, I just did this as I am gradually starting to drink more and more at night. One glass became two, two became nearly a bottle of wine. However, I think I drifted off to sleep - will this still work? I am desperate to stop drinking but can’t seem to with willpower (I don’t even try willpower, I just buy another bottle ). Many thanks x

      Yes, we believe that the mind is the most suggestible during the early stages of sleep. This is why you will see so many sleep hypnosis :) You got this :)

      I learned through my practice that suggestive hypnotherapy (which this is) is enough for some people, but others need deeper work to help let go of why they turn to alcohol. Like if someone uses it to numb their feelings or to cope with life we often need to deal with that for them to have success. But others can use it to override and change their habits. So it is going to be different for different people. Either way, repetition is required :) I quit drinking in 2005 and honestly, I am so happy I did and have never ever regretted it or wanted to go back to it. I hope you get there too :) Thanks for listening and giving it a try :)
