- after a mud and sand trip. I had to remove the radiator to clean it. No way I'll put it back where it will plug up again. so I ordered a relocation kit from life outdoors.
Hey Rob thanks for the video!! It helped me a lot with the install. The rubber grommet you showed as wrong goes on the cap of the reservoir and the one you have on the reservoir is your missing grommet.

Ya I wasn't to fond of cutting holes either lol. But ya never see them after the install. I miss my front rack but better than overheating. Thanks for watching. Hope the video helps.

Hey Rob, how many times did you have to bleed the coolant?
I cracked the screws loose and filled the rad until coolant came out the bleeding screws. Tighten up the screws and top it up.
@@RobMillerATV only had to do it once? I had to do it with another kit and it look like 7 times
Hey I have a question where do the 2 tubes from the radiator connect to? There are 2 open holes on my quad the water pump I believe then a smaller hole above do I suppose to reuse those? Reuse the old holes?
The 2 outlets on the top of the rad?
