While they are spinning, give th a high kick to throw them off, you could also block their attacks using your arms , or just step back with high speed until they get down and give them a good side kick
But you never never, it depends on how good(fast too) they are .

Tae kwon do isn't really for fighting, its like Wushu. Too many openings for it to work in a fight
Tohma Seguchi there are several variations to tai kwon do that make it very useful for actual combat if you look very carefully to most mma or ufc fights, most of the kicks involve tai kwon do I work for the Korean Air Force and we usually get questions like does tai kwon do actually work or not

When I was 6 years old, I told my parents I want to have taekwondo or kung fu class...but they didn't like me to join. I just hope they let me, maybe I'm a professional now.

I do taekwondo since I was 8 years old and till now, 19 years old. I only can do 3 times spinning. It's damn hard to do it if u not get enough training
How much power do each of the kicks have compared to when you're not spinning?

이미 태권도 발차기 실전에 적용하는 선수가 많습니다 효율이 제일 좋으니까요 이런 발차기는 보여주기용입니다 상대가 다운됐다 일어나도 선수면 한번 채 돌기도 전에 날아갑니다
시전시간이 너무길어서 그렇지 위력은 뒤지게쌤
태권도는 느리다고는 하지만 다른 종목에 비해서 느린 "편" 인거지

I'm doing teakwando now and I've just reached my 1st degree/dun at 14/15 and we didn't learn to do this
And then u realized
"Well duh.. our country is so closed off everyone is still learning
The highest we have now is Grand Master at 8th degree but they died YEARS ago and our dojo is REALLY small"
But I'll keep doing my best till I fully master it

This reminds me of my taekwondo days when I was little but it wasn’t as extreme as this😅but sadly I already quit,I’m not as fit as how I used to be.Eventho I was forced to join the club but I made lots of memories there🤧😞😭
I can somewhat understand what you feel... I was forced to join taekwondo too when I was younger but I didn't really yk..i didn't really do it by my own will at first and now that I've started taking interest in it I'm not able to do it as of now due to some medical conditions ..I haven't quit it tho and I really miss my batchmates from their too... honestly it was the only place where I actually made friends lol..... and you don't have to be sad about it maybe you can join again and start over! Great day!😊

갑자기 태권도가 배우고 싶어지네요.
20년전 태권도하다가 많이 다쳤던 기억이 나네요.. 당시엔 뒤후리기와 360도 가 기본이었고 540도가 고난이도였죠..지금의 900도 같은 화려한 발차기는 그 당시엔 없었지만 지금 운동하시는분들 부상 조심하시고 안전에 주의한다면 더 발전할것 같습니다. 대한민국 태권도 화이팅~~^^
