Thanks for the heads up this is a tier 1 product. The site does not list this at all in the tier 1 or 2 list, just the non black out in the 2 list where you can then select the black out edition. I was debating between this or just the MC when I thought they were both tier 2 but heck now I'm going MCT for sure !! Really thanks again, I was leaning towards stuffing my gear in the shorter bag.
Right, the Tech-MCT is tier 2 and the Tech-MCT Blackout is tier 1. When it comes to the shorter MC, I prefer the taller MCT, even 10 inch tools fit more easily into it not to mention 12 inch tools. Thanks for watching! 👍
The only thing i personally prefer on the OG is the higher position of the hook on the side of the bag. For me, everything else works better on the new
I have 1 extra V-Swap panel that is the same as the one on the front of the bag that I am using on the back/meter side of the bag. I’ve swapped it comparing the space to the original bag. Because there appears to be less space in the bag, I think it’s a better fit for the back of the bag than the meter panel.
I agree I have a tech mct I used for a while and I got a ton in there loosing even thoes tiny side pouches would really cut down space. I had a tech xl as a everything bag as well without the v swap. I finally moved to a tech pack I noticed the lack of little side pockets which really hurt I could fit less than the xl with same ish Sq in inside
Yeah I can tell it’s less area for the impact and I can tell there is less space when checking with a tape measure. Weight and volume are a big deal on a small bag. Thanks for watching!

It does list it on the site.
NGL, I was kinda shocked when the 2nd bag opened and it was nearly the same setup inside 🤣
Ha, yeah it’s setup the same. Thanks for watching! 👍
@@projectpinehillsA bit odd to see nearly identical tools, but great to see both side by side loaded up.
yes, I setup a bag for my son. That's why it's like that.

Have you had a chance to add to or take away anything regarding the "v swap" options?
