Meet Ras. Chikomeni David Kadelele Chirwa, a presidential aspirant in the 2019 Malawi Presidential Elections. He is a confessed 'Indian Hemp' smoker, a substance that is banned in Malawi. He has taken Malawi by storm by making claims and promises that conservative Malawians find outrageous.
He promises to legalise Marijuana, will make his mother his runningmate and will set up a Ganja University.
The well read and sophisticated Rasta is quite convincing in his arguments and speaks with amazing clarity, a thing that has brought a refreshing feel as Malawians tensely countdown to the May 19 Elections.
