- Hi creative fam today I have a Christmas gift idea for her. A mom, daughter, friend, or any girl or woman in your life you plan on getting a gift this year. This is glam mirrored jewelry box is made with open and close mirrored lids. It's a super simple and affordable gift you can make for yourself or for someone in your life. It started out as a diy dollar tree Christmas candle holder and it still can be if you'd like to make yours that way. I've been wanting to share gift ideas for those that who are looking for a perfect glamours, elegant Christmas gift they can make and not have to spend a fortune but look like a fortune. This is also a decor piece that can go great with your Christmas decor especially a winter wonderland or glam holiday theme with a glass candle holder on top. My idea took a turn and this mirrored jewelry box was discovered. I love it and I'm so happy with how it turned out. You can make this using materials from Dollar Tree. I love you guys and if you've been one of the patients ones following our house buying story .... finally after months we've landed what we feel is a sure thing. I actually have the house key on my key ring now. It need carpet and a paint job before we can think about moving in but things are defiantly looking up. We are currently negotiating the final details such as the carpet and paint job. Materials for this projects
10 - 5x5 square
2- small rectangle metal containers
1- foam board "cut one long strip about 4 and 1/2 inches off the side"
1- fuzzy soft cloth
2- silver snowflake ornaments or any glam pendant for the front
1- pack of Christmas ornament disco balls "pack of 6" for legs and knobs

Yassssss yes yes!!! We're super excited! We have some work to do on the house before we can move in it. The carpet is just yuck, gross, eww plus the walls "need" a nice coat of paint. After that and a good cleaning we'll work on the other things while we live in it. I feel like I need to be moved in it before I make a proper announcement in a video bc of what happened at the last minute on the last house. This house is as cute as can be. It's not huge but it's a good size for us. The living room is real long so we're gonna quarter it off and make 3/4 living room and the other 1/4 a section an area for me to sit and record crafts. Of course the spare bedroom will be my main craft room oh and this house has a HUGE storage room added on the back of it beside the laundry room so all our outdoors stuff like fishing poles will go in there. The master bedroom isn't really that big but it's like I said a good size. The kitchen is screaming help me so I'll get my hands on those ugly puke brown cabinets and those awful countertops soon.
We don't have a move in date set ... we're trying to get the current owner to work something out with us on the floors bc OMG and neither of us have the tools or know how to install carpet but we'll somehow make it work.
There are other things ... such as we're gonna buy two windows a month until we have all new windows in the house. What's in there is paper thin and it'll cost a mint to heat and cool that place and the heat pump I need to check on. They told me it's under warranty. The heat pump didn't seem to be pumping heat but it was 37 degrees in the house when we went out there. They have the power on at the house but all the breakers are turned off.
So I'm hoping that the heat pump is fine and I think it is but I wanna make sure before hand.
Anyway gosh I wrote you a book. Thank you so much and once we get these things all sorted out and nothing insane happens at the last minute I'll record a home tour and keep the tours updated as we make progress. I greatly appreciate your prayers and positive attitude . Yall were here when I needed it most. I thought I'd never move when I found out that other house was infested with termites.
