In this episode, we are taking you to a multi-million dollar condo development project in Delmas, Haiti. YES, I said CONDO project in HAITI. And this hyper-modern development project is produced by a Haitian natif who went to study the profession abroad but return back to Haiti to bring the world's best architecture to his native country. If there has been ever a video to watch to see what can be built in Haiti, and what is possible in Haiti, this is it!

As this video will no doubt spark the usual comments of "how DARE this be priced so high," let me pre-emptively provide a response. #1 In no country in the world are affordable homes provided by private development. In every case, they are produced by the government, or incentivized/subsidized by the government. This is a private development. #2 The issue to why homes, no matter the style, modernity, or location, in Haiti is expensive has to do with the rarity of clean titles in Haiti, and they drive the cost of the market which unclean titles replicate. I talk about this in my "Buying land in Haiti, Everything you need to know" video. You should watch it. In short, the government needs to do land reform. #3 Haitians find it hard to conceptualize that not all Haitians are poor. Believe it or not, there are many many Haitians, from many backgrounds, of all skin complexations, that are not poor. I know we've been drilled with generations of media to the contrary, and that is why media like this must exist. We must see images of success so more of us can understand it is possible, and we can indeed strive to be better in greater quantities. #4 Finally, if showing success in this form bothers you, you don't have to be here. Unsubscribe, and follow 95% of the content that is produced on Haiti that highlight the ghettoes, destitution, and those neglected by the government. These images have been blasted for decades and thus far Haiti has improved, right? So carry on with the same. -- Thanks for stopping by for this brief Ted Talk.
Hello I love your videos I am building a house in Haiti and I was looking around to see where I could buy closet, ,tiles, kitchen, stove for the house and it’s hard to find. You should do a video of where you can get the supplies in Haiti instead of having ship to Haiti. I love the kitchen in the apartment.
Preach my bro, if you dont like this, metew deyo rapid.

👌 NICE...... HAITI 🇭🇹 TO THE WORLD 🌎
This is what we need in Haiti
We need beautiful things like that
This is truly amazing, but you will still see some Haitians who will click on the dislike button....those people are called Haitian haters!
Because their aint satisfy, you cannot blame them for that, in 10 years, Haïti could have been like his neigbour
@@Benescoli If the country actually used the aid from the earthquake
The beauty that alot of people don't know about Haiti. They will soon know Haiti will only get better but must go through the battle 1st.
Very good indeed, thanks for showing such positive happenings in Haiti! The media in general is on a mission to keep painting this negative narrative about the country. Much love from Jamaica🇯🇲
Bagay sa yo fè kè m kontan. Thanks so much for continuously posting positive things about Haiti. Kè m ap raché lè m wè pwoblèm ke Haïti kontinyé ap andiré. Men nou se yon pèp rezistan. Vive Haïti! Vive changement! Vive progrès!

His doing such a great job
This gives me hope. Now at the age of 28, when i left Haiti nearly 20 years ago, i dreamed to see development like this. It should be a norm for the average Haitian family to be blossoming, thriving off of multiple businesses in Haiti, that are benefiting our economy while living overseas. But sadly, for safety reasons we are moving rather slow in progress. I appreciate your content so much bro. Now if only our country leaders would see the value it's holding, maybe we would see faster progress. there's a whole generation of young ppl like us wanting to reinvest in haiti, but leaders must ensure our safety as a people of rich history and potential.
My place in Delmas had the similar sliding doors unfortunately when the thieve came through they shot through the glass and broke them. We had to put temporary brick walls. When Haiti gets better I will put them back.
Keep up the good job champion! Haiti need more people like you. Big respect!
I love the way the Architecte design the backyard. 🤩😍
We need more of these all over Haiti.
having these all over doesn't change the corruption and danger . Might as well build this in the middle of an ocean. it will be no real use or value to thugs
wowww!!! thank you for showing the world this hidden side of Haiti...much love fanmim
Bel bagay thanks for posting despite of what going on right now . Somewhere in my heart I want to feel and SEE hope for 🇭🇹 HAITI . May GOD PROTECT YOU
I agree not all Haitians are poor but Haitians have to start really looking in the interest of those 11Million Haitians living in Haiti. More than 95% of that 11Million are living in extreme poverty, a few million dollar developments are not going to do much for the country as a whole, you have to see the bigger picture here which is to help the middle, poor, working class elevate, then imagine how many 150k homes you can sell to those working class Haitians- that’s a billion dollar business right there. Start looking at the interest of the 11+Million people elevate those living in the country .
Exactly. Showing shiny new condos that will mostly be for the elites is not saying much. How about some road infrastructure? The people who keep complaining about "not all Haiti is poor!" just want to dig their heads in the sand.
Se yon mall nou bezwen kounye la nan Delmas
Wow beautiful 😍
The condos are very nice . They are luxury condos . I would have to have like 2 million dollars in cash to buy one of those for 400k in haiti . I’m sure there enough Haitians out there that can afford it . Congrats to the developer . Hopefully he will make some 150k properties in the future . He might have to make of them to make it worth it . But having 150k properties in the area will make the area safer . Keep it up , I’m sure DR didn’t start making 60k condo properties over night
Again, whether you are private developers or not, you need to also make affordable housing for the masses. Talk to the government, get some tax write offs or some kind of stippings. Yes, there are probably 10% of haitian people who literally can afford these condos. Another 20% government workers, the high profiles workers who basically get paid for doing nothing, probably can afford them. BUT, there is 30% of Haitian with a miser salary who will not be able to afford these condos, they rarely get paid on time and some of these jobs are not permanent. THE rest 40% are either not working, never had a job, waiting on diaspora, or they are entrepreneurs who are trying to keep their heads above water. THE BOTTOM LINE IS WITH MORE AFFORDABLE HOUSES, WE WILL LIFT UP THE IMAGE OF HAITI MUCH FASTER. WE HAVE MORE HAVE NOTS THAN HAVE IN HAITI. SOME PEOPLE TELL IT LIKE IT IS, THIS IS THE REALITY. THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THAT. MUCH RESPECT TO YOU DEVELOPER, I APPLAUD YOUR DEVOTION IN HELPING HAITI MOVE UP. HOWEVER, THINK ALSO ON HOW TO HELP THE MASSES.
@@daniellawisham3796 Exactly what I was thinking. This same type of structure can be purchased in the dominican republic for less than half of 450K. Why is housing so expensive in haiti.
@@Ambitious_973 Actually much, much less than that. 450k will get you a highrise apartment with all sorts of amenities and underground parking in fine residential area in Santo Domingo and probably any other major urban area in the Caribbean....450k goes nicely in a beachfront property in the Bahamas too!
Nice video thanks for sharing but $450,000 someone can get a condo in Florida for less than that. We Haitians need to do better when it comes to price . This is not an ocean view condo and I would not even pay that much even if it was Ocean View.
If politicians started investing in these type of things the country would be 10x richer
AMEN!!!
Corruption is good business 😆
@@stevesalvant80 facts
Oh believe me they do, right here in DR. I can name you a few.
Nah they would not !? Because they too busy stealing our money 🤷🏾♂️our senators can buy millions dollars vilas in Canada! No Canadian senator can buy a vila in Canada because they don’t have all this money but ours politicians hmmmm
we need more like that, just like DR has it
Yes, and the same price too
That's unbelievable and very inspiring!! Kite peyim mache.
Nice job seejeanty absolutely magnificent, seriously you're doing a good things to showing us these type of things in Haïti & keep doing that good job we like you

Good stuffs man. Suggestions - next time allow the management staff to do the talking and show you around 😉
Wow I love them
More things like this🔥🔥🔥👐👐 🇭🇹
Good job my brother.
This is so incredibly amazing but my thing is he should also build developments for the working class, for people who are less fortunate to have something to start from
They are beautiful mr. Jeanty.
Those are NOT CONDOS. They are LUXURY APARTMENTS. MOST IMPORTANTLY! We need a very STRONG ARMY.
Fantastic
Much love from Montego Bay Jamaica 🇯🇲
RESPECT! RESPECT! RESPECT!
Very nice , like that.
Good job 👏
good video zoe
Beautiful 🇭🇹
Yes
Mad love and respect to my fellow young Haitians putting in work to change the image of our country❤️🇭🇹 BUT This builder has to get realistic with that 450k Price tag for a condo that’s not on the beach, there’s no recreational activities for the resident on the property, seems as if your limited to 1 parking spot in a small Land Lot. So no family no parties at your own condo. 450k you can buy a massive land on the beach in Haiti and build 2 vacation homes lol.
I was wondering the same thing and even debating. Is it 450k usd, 450k Haitian dollar
GOOD JOB INGORCEWA
Whew this is beautiful I wish I could afford it
State of the art establishment 💯💯💯💯
That's exactly what I'm talking about building condominiums
Woooooow Nice

Great project 👍 danm

Very nice
If 100 haitian do the same things I'm sure haiti wouldn't be in this situation today many haitian would have Job and economically without having to cross the neighbors to search for crappy jobs
Volim pliz
I agree, but a lot of rich Haitians refuse to do it because of insecurities and the lack of respect/consideration for private and government properties. Majorite Ayisyen ak Ayisyèn renmen detwi Ayisyen ak Ayisyèn parèy yo pou afè yo; yo pa vle al mouri pou afè yo. Gen yon mesye ki te kite Canada, li te al fè menm bagay la an Ayiti; yo tuye mesye a pou afè'l, malerezman. Pi gwo pwoblèm Ayiti se majorite Ayisyen ak Ayisyèn paske yo twò mechan.
M apresye vidéo ou yo anpil. Siw te ka mete yo ak sous-titres en français ou en créole haïtien li tap bon tou
Some solar panels should cover the roof to take advantage of Haiti’s sunny days.
Cling to God and be saved!
We have the right to express our point of view, its not about if we don't like it move on . It about finding balance in our choices and yes they are rich Haitian but seriously nobody is going to buy something over price when they can build a beautiful home 75% less expensive ,than that in a 3rd world country. We are rich because of our choices.
Y'all should try to built other things to like where people can work to be able to making money to buy home like that
We need to start having those development everywhere. We need more companies and put an end to gethos. Nou bezwen company sa yo nan tout peyi a. Bo lanme port au prince, becentnaire , cite soleil ta dwe vinn the best resort of Haiti.
Bel zòn lanmè sa yo te ka abite bel edifis tankou Miami vre wi. E moun ki te rete la yo sa yo tap fe ak yo?
Look nice but why so limited parking space?
A lot closer we're build that way in Haiti my mom.and grandma's room had the same closet handmade wood along with doors alot of similarity. High ends of houses in Haiti have these types of amenities.
Si seulement on pouvait avoir au moins 100 immeuble résidentiel en Haïti, l'image du pays serait different
Also side note, this quality build is the price that it should be so it makes sense. My real question really is how would you maintain it? I'm always hesitant on buying new-build areas regardless of the country. On top of that because of all the materials are specialized, it probably will be difficult to buy parts to remodel if needed.
450 thousand dollars for something that looks a dime a dozen in Santo Domingo, Kingston or San Juan? That would go, tops, 100 k in Santo Domingo, maybe a bit less in Kingston and maybe 20-30k more in San Juan Puerto Rico! Gotta see what 450k would get you in those places, highrise luxury. But if he is building and selling...it is because there are buyers...and it is pretty obvious the ways some people can pony up that kind of money for such a property in Haiti...should I leave it at that?
Good 😊
Lè ayisyen al etidye Sendomeng epi tounen, men sa yo ka bay kòm rezilta. Olye pou nap trete yo kòm etranje, konsidere yo kòm yon konpetisyon nou ka aprann de yo . Li lè pou lekòl jeni sivil ak achitekti an ayiti sispann montre etidyan yo fè kay moun pa anvi rete nan yo paske yo pa estetikman plezan. Aprann de moun nou komsidere kòm konpetisyon nou yo epi na fè mye. Fòk figi peyi a chanje e se tout moun ki pou mete men .
Lots of respect for you developer! I applaude your devotion with this project of building condos that you put in place. But, the masses need affordable houses as well. Yes, there are 10% of the population who can afford these condos without even going for a mortgage loan. Another 30% high profiles government workers can afford them equally, However, what happen to the other 60%? You should submit proposals to the government and ask them for incentives like tax write offs in order for you to build affordable houses. I believe this will resolve the problems of bidonville especially in the capital.
Bon bagay
How much to rent or buy?
Curious on what the occupancy rate is considering the insecurities in Haiti.
One day we will have kitchen cabinets that go all the way to the ceiling. Those half cabinets don’t look good or modern.
Impressive projects overall.
👏👏👏👏
Nice apartments
Real estate baby
This is a beautiful building and the decor is immaculate but the problem with the direction Haiti is going, how could someone enjoy such luxury apartments with the insecurity? Delma, is a hot spot where all the chaos takes place.. anyway the apartments are beautiful and hopefully affordable.
$450,000 dollars...🕺💃
This is Haut Delmas. I get to differ, those areas are quite secure.
@@509LM That's good to know...🇭🇹
@@509LM the idea of "le haut" is secure in Haiti is a myth now. A thing of the past. Everyone gets a taste of the insecurity now.
How much is one unit?
Very beautiful project, I am trying to see the practicality, 99% of the population can't afford this
Nice video bro... really appreciate! U better try 2 language because u do it for Haitian people, most of them don't speak English. Otherwise u can use a subtitle in creole, in yours videos. Just a suggestion, keep doing your positive work, really appreciate.
He has a separate channel in Creole. Search SeeJeanty Creole and you’ll find it.
