Zinglindou will eventually come and try to kidnap you. I’ve had 3 family members kidnapped in Haiti 3 times in the last 10yrs. Took $40k but thank goodness they alive.

@@stanleymontenegro2792 I know how disruptive it is there.. I havent been in over 15 years bc of what's happening there.. but I do plan on going once it settles.. or visit until the unrest stops. My mother in law have hotels there.. so I believe we will be safe.

Good job! Nothing really to envy about the most upscale real estate construction in the world. However, a nice property doesn't mean anything if the owner has to provide his/her own source of electricity and buy his/her own truck of water, etc. A nice property doesn't mean much if the physical security of individuals is constantly in jeopardy or threatened, access to health care quasi inexistent, urban planning or town planning in limbo, and no road access from one point to another, etc. Sustainable development envisions everything or is about everything. Let's start with the basics first. Otherwise, having a nice home without having all mentioned above is like having a nice car without gasoline.

@@Jamesdesopin Bro, it is more than electricity. Imagine having that beautiful home and closer to it you have a ghetto. People do whatever they want to in Haiti. There are no regulations whatsoever. What about those who envy you and want to do a "dechoukay"? Who would stop them? We should see the whole spectrum, not just the home. India had its eyes on its diaspora. What they did first was to build communities equipped with everything their diaspora needs including physical security of the individuals and infrastructure in place. After that, they invited those who want to come to come. This is why India is where it is today. Haiti will open for business and attract the diaspora when the Haitian Government puts infrastructure in place. The diaspora needs convenience on everything including access to services. They don't have to go on the side to pay a "racketter" to speed up things. It is about time that Haitians see the big picture on everything. This is why I mentioned SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT.

This animation house show a premium proposal. Too build a house like that , The community or city of that region must have adequate pressure water supply, a strong electrical
grid, a sewer system source and pave roads. In 2020 which community or city in Haiti with that kind of infrastructure? I want to know!
I'm Haitian living in Haiti. My dad's house is similar but a bit smaller and no pool since we're up in the mountain in the cold. 9 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms. We have our own rain collecting and filtration system with great pressure. We are on the city electrical system but it switch automatically on our generator system when it fails. It also switches back automatically when it comes up. We also did our own sewer system. Dad and three neighbors pooled money to build the road going from the principal road of Kenscoff to our place.
Having the state or city do their job would be ideal, but not essential to our happiness.

Where is the interior of the house, that will be better if you can show it. Plus you have to give written details: location , square footage , how many years, show especially the kitchen, bd rooms, toilets ect. Outside is definitely gorgeous .

Celin you stated before that you cannot show inside because they are private property but you need to find a way to show the inside specially gormet kitchen and master bathroom. I will be to contacting you sometime next year
