Hi Friends! We are excited to start featuring more travel beyond Florida! Since Florida is home, we will always feature all of the Florida content you love, but also more travels beyond our beautiful state. What areas would you like us to explore next?
Btw, excuse the shaky footage in this video, we just got a new camera, and still learning it. We definitely need a gimbal for it! 😂

Great video of the tour! My legs can still feel that walk back up the steps and the hill!

That cave is beautiful and long. Some of those looked like very tight squeezes. So much yet to be discovered underground.

I wouldn’t like to think of crossing the bottomless pit without a bridge.
It looked like a really cool place to explore xx

Thank you so much! I agree! Even with the modern bridges, you can see straight to the bottom and I was scared! 😆 It definitely was an awesome adventure, though! I enjoyed every minute of it!

I loved this....feels like I'm living life through you because I'm not sure I'll survive going through a cave (and the longest cave at that lol)! You're brave my friend and I'm so happy you're sharing these experiences!

      @ChrissaTravels  Před měsícem +1

Awww…thank you so much LaShay!! I’m sure you would survive this one! 😁 I was worried about all the stairs coming back up to the surface, but it wasn’t so bad! The hill wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be either!

I’ve been wanting to visit Mammoth Caves these past months and your presentation is amazing. It’s syncronistic for me because literally I’ve been contemplating the ides to visit Mammoth Caves and Bowling Green. You two make a great tram.
I’m excited to watch this video. Wonderful and thank you
I’m a artist and have done a wide variety of fun projects. Video and film making has always intrigued me. And I admire your videos.
I’m writing from Fargo North Dakota
Having lived in Sedona Arizona , Sand Point Idaho and a few other places. Born and raised near Monterey , California.
The only place I’ve visited overseas alone was The Phillipines. Staying with a nice family.

I’m so happy you enjoyed it! Thank you so much! I highly recommend making the trip up there when you can. I kind of wish we had more time to do other tours. The cave is incredible and is so much bigger in person!

@@ChrissaTravels I could really see from your footage how incredible it might be in real life. It looks much more then my imagination could muster up.
Thank you for the encouragement. In the past I’ve done some traveling but alone. It is much nicer traveling with someone you have a great rythym with.
Mammoth caves I will visit. Looks too amazing not too visit and discover. I could understand why you wanted more time. The variety of cave tours was impressive looking. Wow. The crawling spaces and lamp light tour ? Very interesting
Have you two visited Carlsbad Caverns ? I’ve heard good things about those large caves.
Personally I’ve visited the Black Hills , South Dakota and enjoyed the candle lit decent into its caves. I’m trying to recall the names. They have several spanning the mountains and I enjoyed the tours
As a young person I remember The Moaning Cave in California. Among others. Really fun old mining towns
In the moaning Cave there is a spiral stairwell. Which was daunting as a child
At the top a employee dropped a soda can and it took some time before it hit the bottom
It was called the morning cave because if the wind hit the rocks at the surface at certain angles a sound would be generated that sounded like someone or some thing was moaning. Perhaps lost down in the deep caverns. Is what I recall being told. Very deep and large caverns .
My memory is being excercised now. I remember visiting lava tubes both in Oregon near Bend , Oregon and near FlaggStaff , Arizona. The tubes were so smooth inside I wonddred if the h were human constructed as if they were left over from a ancient civilization. I recall the interesting surreal feeling
Thank you again for your generosity and sharing of you both fun amazing travels and adventures.

Certainly interesting. Nothing like one of our off-shore spelunking tours while cruising around Mexico from Fort Lauderdale. We witnessed stalactites and stalagmites from a few hundred yrs(straw like) to thousands & thousands yrs old. A natural dark pool was was available for a refreshing swim with blind fish. Apparently there was no bottom but didn't see any fish, I guess just too dark. Refreshing for sure on a hot humid day.
Thanks for the vid & review.

Whoa…that sounds cool! I would love to do that!!
There are a ton of different cave systems in Kentucky and Indiana. We will definitely have to check out more the next time we’re up there. My MIL said that there are definitely prettier caves we need to check out. So, if this video does well, we may feature more! Which caves did you go to in Mexico?

@@ChrissaTravels that was awhile back & not sure if I took a picture of the locked entrance. I'll need to check my archives. I do recall the Guide asking our group if we would like to try a small basic caving or spelunking adventure as the regular trip was canceled(short notice). It was 100% show of hands for caving. That was the first time I heard the work " spelunking". Our group thoroughly enjoyed it & I think today this wouldn't be allowed.
Today I watch/subscribe to ActionAdventureTwins for the thrills. LOL

I see you didn’t tell him about the long ramp up once you get out of the cave. The cave drains you and that long ramp almost breaks you.
