@@MaryamWonda so asking the Holyspirit to distract me and talking to my friends are ways i get over sexual urge. I also recently discovered that it gets worse at certain times in the month, so i am very cautious that period when my body starts acting up and wants to betray me, so i indulge in a lot of activities just to keep mind and body busy

Hmm... This is a struggle that comes with teenage and young adult stage of life. Tbh, it is one of the victories I thank God for the most, cos some of us were not designed to stay unmarried for this long... But all thanks to God... I won't be able to share further here. Women do have more sexual urge than men. But women controls themselves than men. Having a sexual urge isn't a sin at all, as for me whenever I have such feelings, what I do is just take a deep breath and distract myself from any negative thinking.
Rely on God's grace and never give up and you will overcome. Tell God that you are weak and need help. Start reading the bible more often to help with renewing your mind and mind what you consume on tv, movies etc what ever that promotes sex.

Recently, meditating on scriptures and having the consciousness that Christ literally lives in me does the work. Miss Wonda I do watch your videos most times when I am free like I am doing now, for some reason I have just been captivated after watching the first video that brought me to your channel. It feels kinda weird commenting, cos most of the videos were posted about 2 years ago but the messages are still valid. That’s why I can’t help but to comment, so if you see my comments here and there just understand.. plus I feel it myt help others who will discover your wonderful channel like I did. 😊
Pls comment if you see this. I am 41 yr women and vargin. Due to my religious upbringing and my desire to obey God i abstained from pre marital sex. However i used to have strong sexual urges when i was in my 20s and 30s. I would even fantasize to relieve myself. But its been few yrs that i have stopped it. Now i feel changes in my body, like i don't feel sexual sensations and i feel difficultly in getting aroused even if fantasize. I found somewhere that its due to not being sexual active i really feel bad about it . I dont want to lose my sexuality as i desire marriage and want to experience sex with my husband. As anybody faced this. Is this normal or something wrong with me.
Hello! Nothing is wrong with you at all. As she said in the beginning, we’re sexual beings. We were made to reproduce and multiply just like God states in Genesis. In today’s society, it can seem so hard to wait until marriage because people who are actively sexually immoral make it seem “freeing” and “fun,” however as Christian women, we must remember that God’s timing is perfect. No matter how long we wait for our husbands, it is SO worth the wait to save that sacred moment for your husband. I also struggle daily with this, so remember that you’re not alone. God bless you sister in Christ 🩷

How do you distract yourself? I've often tried distracting myself but honestly my thoughts start getting away from me
