In og, Jill goes to the RPD and not Carlos with T, as for Brad being there with Marvin doesn't happen either. Instead, Nemesis shows up at the entrance and kills Brad in front of Jill (look up the scene) I wish that had been the mori instead of the one nemesis has in dbd currently. Then that's when the decision choosing of either entering the RPD or taking on nemesis comes into play. But you can't take a lot of time, as nemesis will force you to fight him if you don't choose, though as I said, that's not present in the RE 3 Remake. Brad does become a zombie later on when you find him as Leon or Claire (only in og RE 2) below in the area where Carlos was about to go to. But there's a certain condition you have to do, and you cannot pick up any ammo along the way otherwise it voids brad's spawn. He is a lot stronger to take down, but will drop a key instead which will allow you to change Leon or Claire's default outfit in the save room beneath the stair case (you know the one with the god awful pallet on the typewriter).
