Sans and Papyrus kinda make up for each others shortcomings. Sans' lack of motivation, leadership and stats can be made up for by Papyrus' insane motivation, leadership figure for snowdin, and Papyrus' great stats. Papyrus' unwillingness to kill and him being too trustful can be made up for by Sans' hard to dodge attacks that could easily finish off any low hp enemy and his sceptical nature who isn't so willing to trust others. Whilst the 2 of them may be weak on the battlefield on their own, working together could make them a 2 man army.
I just realised whilst making this comment that this is why people probably made all of those fan games like retribution where Sans and Papyrus work together to beat the human

on the plaintiff of "Flowey would be on Asgore's side" I suggest that Flowey would try to steal the souls from seal team six
even if he couldn't, he could also see this situation as a new outcome, considering he has seen this world as a game before. Being a monster, he'd probably go with the monster route first, for the consistency of this being a game to him.

And im gonna take a guess and say that this was intentional
if it's undertale humans then it's just the start of Undertale all over again
if it's our military, we probably suffer more casualties (aka at least one) but likely come out on top in the end due to numbers, assuming this is every human military combined. The ghosts and amalgamated would be hard to stop though, likely impossible, leading to a 10 billion lions vs any fictional verse with a ghost situation.
We do have to take into account that with the first war, the humans caught the monsters fully off guard and absolutely demolished them. This is why not one soul was taken, I believe they have the chance to take one, and even if they can’t, Flowey has timeline manipulation, The Amalgamates Can’t die, and Napstablook can’t die either due to being incorporeal. Eventually all the Undertale humans would die.

Flowey’s timeline stuff is op but if there’s a human with dt on the opposing side it might override his unless he absorbs some souls although that definitely could happen
@@dando541 if they’ve all fallen down into the underground they’d have no way of getting out, no need for another barrier, they’d all be stuck down there. Trapping the amalgamates most likely would not work since they can simply appear at times in the true lab where they were not before. Napstablook is a ghost so he couldn’t be trapped, and again, if they were to make a second barrier they’d both be stuck in the underground.
Flowey is second to only Frisk, as he has the determination from the other 6 fallen humans already in his regular flower form. No one would override it.
@@ShatteredRBLX normal flowey hasn’t absorbed the souls (except maybe chara’s?) so he shouldn’t have the determination of all 6 (it’s not like he can get the determination by just looking at the souls)
it would also be incredibly stupid to start a war and be stuck on enemy territory the entire time. If the humans just all fall down like that they’re just asking to lose
If they’re invading at all the barrier’s not going to be there as there’s really no point in invading when it is there already
If flowey does have the power of the souls, he’s also able to override frisk anyway and he has godlike powers at that point so he’d just win
If the humans are still able to create barriers it would probably be the only way to get rid of the amalgamates or napstablook

Flowey was made when Alphys took the determination FROM THE FALLEN HUMANS and injected it in a flower, which so happened to be a flower from the field Asriel died on.
This scenario is if the humans invaded the monsters in the Underground, and they wouldn't trap Napstablook and the Amalgamates with a barrier if they were on the surface... especially since they use modern technology now and most likely do not know spells. The scenario is if the humans came into the underground to finish the job.
And no, in this hypothetical war the monsters do not have the souls required yet (but can get them in battle) so it's base flowey, and once again, he's more determined than each human on the surface other than Frisk.
I agree with undyne. It's no doubt that she would make a very useful military force with her bravery, determination, and combat skills. And don't even get me started on her undying form. It just goes to show how willing she is and will be to serve in Asgore's military. Personally, I would look at her with genuine fear if I enrolled for the U.S. military and saw HER in the battle field, turning all the other soldiers green. I wonder what she would look like if she absorbed one of the souls unlike flowey, just like asriel absorbed only one (assuming it was the red soul)??? (eg: kindness) I'm excited to see if they would have different outcomes for each soul. But hey, that's just my opinion. Have a good day/night/2:30 pm, Kustopia!!!

Such a creative video. I like how a lot of the choices for who gets what rank isn't always based on relatively factual proof, but more for the sake of it being funny. A very Toby Fox way to do things. Hopefully this video gets more traction so we could maybe see a Deltarune versions of this, with Card Kingdom and Cyber City Darkners placed into their own military hierarchys.

very good video i think Asgore army could defeat the humans as if they kill a human they could get one soul and they could use guerilla warfare across the underground or have large defensive complexes dug into the earth and block the barrier and the hole in the ruins

Thing is: the monster army already tried to defeat the humans back in the first war, and yet they lost without taking a single human soul for themselves. They even had monsters like Gerson in his prime years back then and who knows what more.

Napstablook and the amalgamates (Exept snowdrakes mom) can just destroy the humans if they wanted to, just eliminate their healing supplies or straight up una live them all, they are basically immortal but they don t deal that much damage
Napstablook isnt immortal, humans can use Magic, which is the only thing harmful to ghosts

Humanity hads already royally decked monster-kind before. And that was likely before firearms were a thing.
Yes, humanity has mages back then, but considering a single child can very much genocide most of the remaining monster population, I'd say even say that even a small group of civilians would hold the line until law enforcement dhows up to finish them off.
A monster's stats are determined by how much they want to fight. Undyne is, by far, the most determined to kill you, even in the pacifist run. Yet you can very much beat her to death with a stick. As a child. Despite her wearing plate armour. She also requires multiple attacks to kill you.
Papyrus is unwilling to actually hurt anyone.
The two Guards are just jokes, at best.
Sans' attacks require the target to be burdened with guilt, amd I'm going to assume the average human doesn't have 200 kills on active.
As for Asgore... I'll assume he has at least 7 souls, since the monsters are on the surface. If he'll be anything like Mega-Flowey, since I doubt he'll get the Asriel treatment as he wouldn't absorb the monsters' souls as well, the human souls would very much rebel, if they are not consumed in order to destroy the barrier. And even if he gets the Asriel treatment and becomes pretty much a God... well let's just Asriel in-game doesn't get to feel what a 155mm HE sheel feels like. Because I'm pretty sure a knife and frying pan are very different from 7 killograms of explosive filler.
Anyone else is not worth mentioning.
So, unless there issues are addressed, I'll give the W to the humans once again.

In guerilla warfare, on their own turf, they're in advantage.
The path to the mountain entrance at the barrier doesn't look wide enough to allow heavy vehicles like tanks and IFVs to drive, and without armor support a frontal assault is dangerous.
A stealth op wouldn't be difficult to pull off however. Alphys doesn't have a lot cameras, and they're few and far between, and if the spec ops crew finds any, they can just wait around to ambush any scouts sent to investigate, or take alternative routes to circumvent enemy ambushes. And in case they do get ambushed, magic attacks still need multiple hits to kill a human, while I doubt any monster would be able to survive more than one bullet (maybe Undyne in her Undying form would take two or three, but you can still cave her face in with an old, probably close to disintegrating notebook).
Because remember kids: in the ancient game of rock paper scissors, the winner is usually gun.
If they become pretty much a god who can erase timelines, shoot stars and completely make you unable to move I don’t think a piece of metal will do anything.
You are hugely mistaken, before I get into “Omega Asgore” or at least 6 souls Asgore, let me just copy and paste what I said somewhere else :

The monsters were ambushed by humans so their defense was down, they were easily defeated. Now that they are on guard, I’d bet they take at least one human soul. Also, ofc the humans attacked without mercy- so what if they did that again? Well, they have not killed an entire race, nor is their LV even CLOSE to 14, unless they are some mass murderer. Taking into account most soldiers don’t even kill anyone, and even if they do, it’s way less than the amount capable of getting LV 14. Undying would be able to take many hits, along with Asgore, and Mtt Neo (ofc we one shot him at LV… 16?). Asgore is capable of dodging and holds back when we fight him. (also, if sans acts like a sniper or goes for a one on one, he wins)
Along with this, all they have to do is reach out their hand to absorb a soul afterwards.
Flowey is capable of manipulating the timeline for everyone’s advantage, Napstablook and the Amalgamates are also impossible to beat.
So, if the humans decide to use a nuclear missile on the mountain (assuming the rest of the mountain isn’t covered by the barrier) Flowey, once again, has timeline manipulation.
Just so you know, Flowey was made by using the determination of the 6 fallen humans, proving that Flowey is second to only Frisk. Also, if we do include Frisk, in this scenario it depends (again not getting to Omega Asgore yet)
If Frisk has already done a genocide, then this means Chara is capable of controlling the outcome, Chara would be capable of choosing whether to kill monsters, humans, or both: and we KNOW they have a hatred of humans. Chara would end up killing the humans or both. If this is pre-genocide frisk, then it’s in the human’s favors, yet we can include the amalgamates and Napstablook: making an endless battle, assuming no monster gets a soul (ESPECIALLY FLOWEY) in which case they gain timeline control, and it is possible since some are capable of beating humans to a pulp (I.e. Undying)
Just to prove one soul’s power, Asriel with Chara’s soul was capable of defeating multiple humans, and then absorbing more.
Now for Omega Asgore, this is overkill x inf.
Not only does he have control over the timeline, he has an impossible amount of Hp and Defense to beat. Along with this, he can control the game in its entirety along with his stats (as flowey sets his LV to 99999 and changes the game name to FloweyTale and even if that’s a cosmetic omega flowey does the same amount of damage to frisk even if frisk has more Hp, proving he can change his dmg output). Impossible attacks, incredible speed (easily out-speeds anyone).
And the souls wouldn’t rebel: I mean, they literally can’t. They rebel against Omega Flowey because he gave them enough time to rebel, since Frisk was calling out for help. He BEAT frisk (if he kills you once since has has timeline manipulation over Frisk), and the humans wouldn’t live long enough to “call out for help” 6 + times over. And Omega Asgore would get another soul (though not necessary) and then it’d be 100 % impossible for them to rebel since they cannot with Asriel and I don’t think they didn’t rebel because of the monster souls, lol.
Monsters are over prepared in the sense with the souls, as if Asgore had chosen to, could’ve absorb a soul, passed the barrier, and then killed 6 more.
Now the outcome of Asgore actually absorbing the souls could be unlikely (he literally does commit suicide after all) but Flowey would not hesitate. Whatever the case, the humans are going to be slaughtered.
Also if you want to argue Asriel couldn’t beat Frisk, he was holding back immensely, that was pacifist Frisk (aka frisk with more dt for some reason), and he stopped due to his emotions. Asgore has no such weaknesses, nor will Asriel stop attacking a bunch of humans who don’t even look like Frisk.
ALSO Asriel / 7 souls Asgore would have an infinite amount of defense. No gun, no nuke, no black hole, no super nova, no universal destroying device would hurt him.

Why would he not anyway? Who knows how long he has reset and play around in the underground before frisk arrived and this is a good opportunity to get a soul
half the army cannot die and for every human killed a monster gains godlike powers, there is no way for a human invasion to wipe out the underground without the help of monsters like flowey

Considering his immense knowledge and battle capabilities, probably General. In addition, if Flowey were to acquire some SOULs from defeated human soldiers, he could easily become Asgore's most valuable asset.

Providing they don't melt from the excess determination. Flowey is the only being we've seen absorb 6 SOULs. A lesser monster may not be able to handle that much determination and melt.

Love this video, but lets be real, Human's would literally walk all over the monsters no matter what they'd do.
In the first war, literally ZERO humans died, and MANY monsters were killed.
and that's not even acknowledging the fact that Frisk who's a little child with some determination had more than enough power to wipe out the underground, with the help of Saving and Loading of course.
whether or not the humans can Save and Load really is important.
As I think the monsters will only be useful after killing a couple humans, these humans souls can be transferred to boss monsters to power them up, which can end up winning the war.
As we could tell from the monsters speech in new home, Asriel with one soul had more than enough power to erase all the humans in the village they were at.
So if they kill one human and absorb their souls, the tide of the battle would shift largely.
Other than that, they'd get sweeped completely off the face of the planet, if the Human Wizards are dead then they'd probably stand a better chance.
UNLESS it's against our modern military without any magical powers, then the monsters will sweep the entire population no questions asked.

also i think toriel might have some kind of caretaker role, after all shes very caring and could probably be like a medic on the field or something (a con i think is that she can probably get 1 hitted with something powerful, i mean hell frisk on genocide 1 hit her with a literal toy knife correct me if im wrong) since she can defend others with her fire magic and probably can learn healing magic (she can also bake pies)
edit: oh wait something i forgot about flowey: he also knows about timelines, and can save and reload if no humans like frisk are there, and also another con is his uncooperativeness

Basically. After the events of Neutral frisk gets out and alerts the humans.
The humans are launching a nuke into the underground and everyone has gone INSANE.
Sans not wanting his brother to suffer, murders him.
Frisk wanting to make them suffer or smth goes back into the underground.
Sans even opens up shops knowing shopkeepers are invincible (but not to nukes.)
He even fights Frisk inside the shop.
Sans even keeps the skull of Papyrus.

The strongest weapon in undertale is the real knife with 99 at, therefore the monsters would easily lose to any soldier who will probably use weapons stronger than the real knife a better question would be if the characters in undertale could beat the average exterminator with a youtube channel who has a flamethrower
that quite literally makes no sense, frisk is strong in genocide only because of the high LOVE, the knife doesn't make much of a difference

The monsters were ambushed by humans so their defense was down, they were easily defeated. Now that they are on guard, I’d bet they take at least one human soul. Also, ofc the humans attacked without mercy- so what if they did that again? Well, they have not killed an entire race, nor is their LV even CLOSE to 14, unless they are some mass murderer. Taking into account most soldiers don’t even kill anyone, and even if they do, it’s way less than the amount capable of getting LV 14. Undying would be able to take many hits, along with Asgore, and Mtt Neo (ofc we one shot him at LV… 16?). Asgore is capable of dodging and holds back when we fight him. (also, if sans acts like a sniper or goes for a one on one, he wins and gets a soul)
Along with this, all they have to do is reach out their hand to absorb a soul afterwards.
Flowey is capable of manipulating the timeline for everyone’s advantage, Napstablook and the Amalgamates are also impossible to beat.
So, if the humans decide to use a nuclear missile on the mountain (assuming the rest of the mountain isn’t covered by the barrier) Flowey, once again, has timeline manipulation.
Just so you know, Flowey was made by using the determination of the 6 fallen humans, proving that Flowey is second to only Frisk. Also, if we do include Frisk, in this scenario it depends.
If Frisk has already done a genocide, then this means Chara is capable of controlling the outcome, Chara would be capable of choosing whether to kill monsters, humans, or both: and we KNOW they have a hatred of humans. Chara would end up killing the humans or both. If this is pre-genocide frisk, then it’s in the human’s favors, yet we can include the amalgamates and Napstablook: making an endless battle, assuming no monster gets a soul (ESPECIALLY FLOWEY) in which case they gain timeline control, and it is possible since some are capable of beating humans to a pulp (I.e. Undying)
Just to prove one soul’s power, Asriel with Chara’s soul was capable of defeating multiple humans, and then absorbing more.
Now once they get 6 or 7 souls, it’s over (since we don’t know 2 - 5)
Not only would they have control over the timeline, they’d have an impossible amount of Hp and Defense to beat. Along with this, they’d be able to control “the game” in its entirety along with their stats (as flowey sets his LV to 99999 and changes the game name to FloweyTale and even if that’s a cosmetic omega flowey does the same amount of damage to frisk even if frisk has more Hp, proving he can change his dmg output). Impossible attacks, incredible speed (easily out-speeds anyone).
And the souls wouldn’t rebel: I mean, they literally can’t. They rebel against Omega Flowey because he gave them enough time to rebel, since Frisk was calling out for help. He BEAT frisk (if he kills you once since has has timeline manipulation over Frisk), and the humans wouldn’t live long enough to “call out for help” 6 + times over. And they would get another soul (though not necessary) and then it’d be 100 % impossible for them to rebel since they cannot with Asriel and I don’t think they didn’t rebel because of the monster souls, lol.
Monsters are over prepared in the sense with the souls, as if Asgore had chosen to, could’ve absorb a soul, passed the barrier, and then killed 6 more.
Whoever absorbs the souls, the humans are going to be slaughtered.
Also if you want to argue Asriel couldn’t beat Frisk, he was holding back immensely, that was pacifist Frisk (aka frisk with more dt for some reason), and he stopped due to his emotions. Asgore has no such weaknesses, nor will Asriel stop attacking a bunch of humans who don’t even look like Frisk. So, whoever absorbs the souls will not be stopped via emotions.
No gun, no nuke, no black hole, no super nova, no universal destroying device would hurt them due to their infinite defense.
Also, I love the video you made, and I’m glad you put sans in a spot of uncertainty due to the various factors.
Nice argument, however I noticed one particular plot hole u forgot to mention what if a human just absorbed more human souls than asriel wouldn't they have access to the same power if not more, they wouldn't actually need any of what u typed out, since they have more souls they would have more weird time manipulating abilities and could pretty much set their inf defense to mettaton neo defense, while this may seem immoral. All's fair in LOVE and war
