It was actually the thing that caught my attention when i first saw the ball! Lol! I love the bright colors! 😂 But honestly I typically don’t care. Usually I’m researching a ball more based on what I’m needing for my arsenal. But I’m loving this ball. It’s not as early as my TNT, but definitely shapes more down lane. Just gives me a different look and carries really well for me.
I'm typically a big fan of hybrids, like the original Brunswick Infinity or Perfect Mindset, followed by multicolored pearls, like the Brunswick Rhino red, black, and gold. But I also am a HUGE fan of certain color schemes like the original Infinity, original Mindset, the new Atlas, Mesmerize, Intense Mindset, Theorem, or Archetype Hybrid.
I find it harder follow the ball motion through its different phases on darker balls. Especially if the grips are also dark. I originally put black grips on my night road and I couldn’t see the rotation at all. It got way easier though after I put green grips in it.
I like the darker color balls and Pearl Reactive. I get hooked on the polish looks but now understanding they don't have to stay polished
Reminds me of a old track bowling ball , my favorite track ball in my opinion is and was a track 910a had a lot of the same color
I like it darker. But that new track is bright fire!
I like the dark swirls. Archetype reminds me if the old Track 910A in color.

Both my 12 year old son and got the Archetype today. Took some getting used to. We both love the color. It explodes the pins…we both just gotta hit that pocket more often 😅. I’m a lefty too. PS. My favorite ball is the DV8 Verge.
for me its not rlly bright or dark colors, its more so contrasting colors. like you said, it helps to see ball motion and when it gets to a roll
For me, contrast makes sense. Black and neon pink. Dark blue and orange.
Being able to see something obviously swirling on the cover is key, and dark or light doesn't matter if it's all one color +/- some tone.
I love brightly colored balls and i am really wanting to pick up the new archetype.
One of my favorite balls is my solid black Track Stealth

I feel the same thing about the bright colors on a ball like the Gem
To me, it’s more the bright multicolored I don’t like to look at, where solid colors I can see make motions better
I like contrasting colors, dark or light dominant, so I can see what the ball is doing better
I'm a fan of multicolored balls, as long as they aren't too bright. A ball like the Collision Hybrid really fits my eye, but the Gem is way to vibrant for me. There has to be at least one really dark color in there for me to like it
I don't mind contrasty color patterns on symms, since I can adjust the drilling angle to move the PAP for an aesthetically pleasing roll. On asymms, I like the less contrasty covers.
Usually prefer the dark colors for sure
I prefer balls that if swirled are are similar colors ex: Hyroad Pearl. Contrasting colors look sweet going down the lane but I prefer either single colors or similar color swirls.
I like equipment with a higher color contrast. Easier to read motion.
I don’t mind bright colors but my preference is dark one tone colors mostly

Bright color isn't a problem just high contrasting colors, looking at you GEM. I think you got a bad color mix on your archetype too.

Hi guys! The cover name of the Paragon is wrong just a heads up it says GSV-X when it's supposed to be QR-11 But great video anyway!

I noticed that when you put up the ball specs for the ball(s) you are reviewing, you use the 16lb specs instead of the 15lb specs. In the States most people use 15lb balls these days, so I'm just curious on why you put up the 16lb instead of the 15lb specs? Thanks for you excellent ball reviews!
All my balls are 1 color or darker colors except my Nova. I find it easier to see what the ball is doing with the multi color scheme though

Am okay with both for me it just depends how good the bowling balls do on the lanes
Prefer darker. Bright is ok if only 1 color, Example Heat Lava by Track
80% dark and 20% bright colours on a ball for me.

The track proof was absolutely awesome. I had three of them. Also had one Pearl that I liked and one hybrid. Didn't like the hybrid at all.
Agree, can't stand bright colored balls, as they are too distracting and much harder to read. Prefer solid, or similar dark colors on a bowling ball, and this directly influences whether or not I will buy a ball or not.
Was tough to see the down lane motion of the balls on this one.
i have 3 tracks, two boring and one fun. Cant wait to add another fun one to the bag
well. got the archetype and have not been under 600 since

Bright or dark, it doesn't matter to me.
The details from the Paragon are wrong, I’ve seen mistakes like this from time to time in lots of balls.
paragon looks weaker.
