Garlic Confit Cheese Sauce:
5oz Sherwood’s BIRRIA Garlic Confit Spread
2oz Sherwood’s BIRRIA Garlic Infused Olive Oil
1 diced Shallot
8 Tbsp Butter
1/2 cup Flour
2 1/4 cups Milk
5oz Boursin Garlic and Herb Cheese
1/4 cup Munster Cheese
1/4 cup Pepper Jack Cheese
1/2 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cup Brie with Truffles
1/4 cup Parmesean Cheese
Old Bay Seasoning
Salt and Pepper to taste
Baked Lump Crab Garlic Confit Mac N Cheese:
Lump Crab Meat
Cooked Pasta
Garlic Confit Cheese Sauce
1/2 Cup Panko Bread Crumbs
1/4 Cup Parmesean Cheese
1 Tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
Pepper to taste
Combine cooked pasta, lump crab meat, and cheese sauce until thoroughly mixed. Spread a layer of Panko Breadcrumbs and Parmesean cheese over the top.
Bake uncovered @ 375 F for 35 minutes then broil for 6 minutes until a toasty crust forms on top of the Mac n cheese.
