I might have missed guys. Sunny, Mohit- Mummy jee was doing some gym work also. Is that one of reason of elevated issues? As normally if one have back and disk issues etc etc should not go for any gym activities unless very well thought upon. Traction is common method. Do not opt for surgery etc. Many good methods also available in India and now a days you can seek online treatment also.

Ek baar aap bone mineral density test aur karwa lo its very necessary as it's was my personal experience with my brother due to osteoporosis and bone TB spine got collapsed and she was having the same symptoms got approx 6 to 9 months before all this happened. So just go for bone mineral density test for precautionary purpose
