I have literally dry my clothes 3 times so they can actually dry. Take a whole day just for one load. So annoying don’t get this dryer. I even made sure the damp dry option wasn’t selected,

Tais Moraes Yes. It’s actually not a bad dryer. Just too many settings, turn off the damp dry signal if it’s on: dry things on regular, normal and turn the temperature up. You can also use any of the other settings, just avoid turning on the damp dry.
How do you set the dryness lvl if youre on Bulky and Timed Dry setting?
This is the longest dryer spin but has no heat and dries clothes for a very long time, takes forever. Hanging your clothes to dry is faster. I tried the other settings, they turn off after 5 minutes but with your clothes still wet.
You can't be on both, "Bulky" and timed dry. Just set the timed dry and if the item can handle high heat, put the heat at the highest setting and it should dry.
My dryer is stuck on sensing mode. Can anybody help me? 😩
It should say sensing the whole cycle. if you have the sensing light on the Timed cycle then that is an issue.

@Adr-ut3fu It's possible there could be a problem with the dryer, but there are a couple other things to check before you exchange. First, if you haven't already, try a timed drying cycle. Sometimes the sensor dry cycles don't dry your clothes all the way if it's a larger load. Second, if your vent is clogged it can cause problems with drying. If you haven't had your dryer vent cleaned for a long time you may need to have that done. If you're in the Chicagoland area, we do offer that service. Anyone can help me, my drayer not start when i touch power and no blue light but when i touch timer, wrinkle, steam etc have sound. The Warranty just run out.
Make sure you haven't accidentally bumped the lock control button.Hold it down for three seconds to unlock.
Completely disappointed of this dryer I just got it since August 2021 and already have problems. No heating sometimes doesn't turn on the screen goes off

My Whirlpool WED5620HWO won't power on. We have power at the plug confirmed. This POS is constantly a problem. The matching Washer was so bad, we got rid of it after a year and a half and bought a $100 USED, older traditional machine that cleans our clothes better and much faster than the matching washer. BTW, Whirlpool, a brand that used to mean quality, only warranties their appliances for one year these days, because they know they are junk. We we over paid for these inefficient, expensive and poorly made appliances. We are disappointed in ALL our Whirlpool stuff. We bought it all when we had our kitchen redone... a new range that heats inconsistently and unevenly, a new dishwasher that takes 2.5 hours to wash a load and it's still dirty unless you scrub every inch of the dishes while loading it, and the washer and dryer. It' takes about 4 hours to do 1 load of clothes, and if you or your family go camping, work outside or garden, play outside or work in construction, your clothes will need to be rewashed one or two times, because these machines are made for Millennials who work in an office and play video games in their spare time. Real world people who do outdoor things will always have dirty clothes. Not worth it by a long shot. I will never buy a Whirlpool or Maytag, because they are all the same company.
