- Madrid relies solely on Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport. This central hub, already the second largest in Europe by size, is a bustling gateway for over 60 million passengers annually, primarily connecting Europe with Latin America. With current capacity nearing its limit of 70 million passengers, and most flights being short-haul, the need for expansion is clear.
Enter a monumental 2.4 billion Euro investment, the most significant in Spanish airport infrastructure in a decade. This ambitious plan aims to increase Barajas' capacity by a substantial 28%, generating thousands of jobs and boosting Madrid's GDP in the process.

The amount of bla bla bla in this video is astounding. Repeating the same things over and over. Could've been a 2 or 3 minute video. Really unnecessary to make it that long, if you don't have more info.
I unsubscribed. Too muc h double talk.
Dude, the word *ciudad* is pronounced see-ooh-dad not koo-ee-dad. 🤦🏻♂️
Amazing video and infos! But I never saw an American struggle so much with easy Spanish words. The pronunciation of "Ciudad Real" is unparalleled!
It is not EYE-beria. It is Eeberia.
Again with the shaky images? I'm done.
0:06 Takeaway the o and you get...? 😁😁😁
As a ground handling worker at MAD Id like to say tht T1/2/3 are old, creppy and insufficient terminals; not a good image for passengers. On the other hand we have the opossite, modern T4....I hope Aena *public company which manage the airport* waste the money is required. Things go slow on tht, very slow.....lets see.
hella madrid
Adolfo... sounds vaguely familiar
