I love Maple Pecan cereal from Trader Joe's, especially when it's "rocky". I haven't had luck lately because it's been really "ground" up the last few times I've gotten it. I should mix it with yogurt like you did.

You should grind up the flax seed to get the most benefit out of them. I usually blend them with my smoothie.
When you look into the camera, those eyes look into my soul haha! So beautiful. Hey also am wondering, do you focus on the actual amount of carbs you intake and balance that out with lower carb days or fasting / workouts etc? Interested to know your strategy.

Hi Woni, I just order those same probiotics Lactofit right from South-Korea to Belgium😍 ( it took me 2 weeks to be delivered but im happy) I saw that product in one of ypur video when tou were organizing your kitchen closet. So you take this right after the breakfast without water, is it correct? I never eat breakfast, only water with freshly pressed lemon in the morning but I guess I could use Lactofit after lunch right? Greetings ❤

I never understood the hype behind trader joe's stuff. They are manufactred by the same companies that make items for other brands as a lot of you already know and I dont think they taste better than the quality brands out there like for example their pasta sauce and Raos big difference.
Your blogs are very bad for me because I get hungry every time I watch them 🤣. Ollie needs more screen time he’s too cute !
Also I recommend you try dead hangs to assist with back alignment and pain. A few minutes a day helps a lot .
