Don't always try to feel good because it's okay to not feel good.. it's okay to be sad and frustrated as long as it's not taking a toll on your health.. This whole positivity thingy can sometimes really toxic.. i mean, influencers these days (I'm 18 btw..) are obsessed with self love and positivity that they end up doing more harm than good.. Taking stupid supplements (not talking about multis), always worrying about everything...i just can't put words to what I'm really wanting to say but this sorta thing doesn't end well..! Also, I'm not saying that taking care of yourself is a bad thing.... I'm just good with words.. hope you get it... Anyways ..try taking this in a positive spirit..
