Gouki is my favourite street fighter character, not only because he’s the strongest, but because despite using the Satsui no Hado, he still follows a strong moral code as a fighter. He only fights worthy opponents and refuses to fight unfairly (he spared Gen when he realised that he was fatally ill and walked away) (he also refused to fight Gouken in this scene as Gouken definitely wasn’t ready) He mastered the Satsui no Hado, and controlled it. He didn’t let the Satsui no Hado control him. Also, he doesn’t always fight to kill (which proves he’s still human and didn’t let the power take him over) because he fought Ryu to test Ryu’s skills. •If anyone’s wondering about the sneak attack on Bison in Street Fighter II, that’s because Gouki hates Bison for he finds easy ways of gaining power without working hard himself, that’s why Gouki considers him unworthy as well
He's kinda like a Dark version of Goku.He will only fight his opponents fair and square,Akuma/Gouki is an honorable fighter and will not use unfair tactics to win.
